If you try to cancel an order through any of their partner they will tell you to cancel only after the order is confirmed, however the order change from confirmed to shipping isntantly and then when you cancel they will tell you it's too late and you will lose the shipping costs.

Absolutly bunch of scammers, they don't even try to help and they take ages to answer.

Worst experience I had in Spain so far and I'm currently creating a full report against them and Allmodel to OMIC and AECOSAN
