Review of JC Electrics

Late order.

Ordered Monday mid day. Had to call on Thursday to get a tracking number to see where the parcel was.
I then Found out it had not even been sent.
No apology or anything.
It wouldn’t be so bad if it was sent and stuck with the postal company or if the item wasn’t in stock.
But complete lack of care and attention towards customer needs really shows the competency of customer care.
If you own a company that deals with online sales have a competent work force that over delivers than under delivers.
The only good bit was DHL getting the parcel to me quickly.
The delivery driver stipulated it only entered the DHL system less than 24 hrs prior to the delivery. And apologised which was 100% not needed from him but he did it anyway.
Got more of an apology from DHL than JC electrics.
Certainly won’t be using them again.
