I had been using the service without issue for some time. Recently I received a notice that my account would be closed though no specific reason was provided. I have contacted support for clarification but haven't received a detailed explanation yet. Since there haven't been any changes on my side, I am left uncertain about what led to tis decision.
I have shifted my focus to where I get clearer policies and more responsive communication. Novus Limes runs with precision and access to my holdings isn't a feature, it's the standard.
