So this is gonna be an interesting one, see the times below why. This product started around April, mostly to prep the payment for the product and get it ready the moment it's time to redeem it. Originally, Mikz would have been the person to work with for the gamepass. However they where unavailible. So I got burzto. We agreed to pay in Crypto (took a minute since conversion, kyc, etc). The payment was made and we waited for the expiry date on my account, however. Burz had issues redeeming the keys (India keys don't work for NL accounts). He tried to contact support on all sides (MS, Reseller, etc) but to no avail. The keys where locked to the country. So they couldn't be redeemed.

Now, why is it positive? Well. The refund process. Of course, they offered credits for DT. If it isn't for the fact I only get something here maybe once or twice a year. Wouldn't have made it worth it yet. So I asked for the payment to be refunded. If took a reminder or 2 (because they just genuinely forgot). After explaining I can't use the credits for a while and would prefer to use the refund terms. I was promptly refunded the crypto. (In BTC, they could have kept it and said "nah, we keep it"). But I was impressed by the fact the refund was properly processed. I confirmed the payment and recieved almost the full amount.

Why almost the full amount? Network fees from crypto. It was checked and there was still 2.50 missing (according to Burz). But I said that it's only 2.50, they can keep that bit.
