Unbelievably incompetent!
Every time I have a packet addressed to a Packstation, the driver put it somewhere else on his route in a random Packstation and calls it a day. Their useless support said that is how they work. to reiterate their standard procedure for delivering Packstation is to throw it in a random Packstation somewhere else! You can't make this up!
