Horrible Experience with RHB Customer service

I spent 165 in CFH for a 5 day pass to travel on the the NEW UNESCO site. Tirano - Thus railways.

Going there from London require a lot of organizzazione and planning.

The day 18-5-2023 the service was interrupted by an allegedly spillage of oil from the RHB. I remind this on a UNESCO site.

I contact RHB customer service for 10 time for compensation and partial refund of my 165 CHF (you can travel nearly to New your with money) and I never received any answer

Please avoid to use this FAT COW of money maker rather is RHB Tirano - St.MAURIZIO.

They take your money and that’s its. Virtually no customer service.

Italy as got the highest UNESCO site in the world (58) Why go to Switzerland to be charged 10 times when just a few KM from this horrible UNESCO site you are already in Italy? Go to Italy and live SWITZERLAND immediately.
