I have had two batches of business cards come back completely off-centered. OP told me, "too bad; we told you that we have an error margin," and sure enough, neither of my batches were refundable, even though they are unusable. It really pisses me off. They have two things to do: print and cut. It would seem they would have it down to a science by now and eliminate that margin of error altogether!
