It's a week before christmas, and the store that I had originally bought 400kgs of horse feed from tells me that they have canceled my order, because apparently, the entire island of sealand (Denmark - sealand is also where the capital is) is a "remote location". I'm in trouble now, because I need this horse feed before the holidays and I have a tight budget.

I contacted Pferdfuttershop the same morning and tell them of my problem, and at just around closing time I received confirmation that my order is already on its way.

I am completely over the moon with how fast my order was processed, and how helpful and friendly Jürgen, my new favourite supporter ever, was. His english is also very good, which is important, since I dont really understand german. :)

Thank you thank you thank you for helping me, and for making it such an easy and enjoyable process. My order was here in 2 days!
