Initially, my experience with Zinn Hub was fair, and I genuinely believed in the platform’s vision. I joined as a Community Moderator, Ambassador, and Official Partner, dedicated my time to helping the community grow, and proudly represented the platform.

Over time, my experience changed completely.

I witnessed repeated concerns from freelancers who said they had not received full payments and credits they believed they had earned for completed work.

These concerns were raised multiple times, yet many members felt they were ignored instead of receiving clear answers or resolutions.

As a moderator, I also observed what I believed to be a pattern of unfair treatment within the community.

Rather than encouraging transparency, serious concerns were met with restrictions, silence, and a lack of communication.

I was never informed about important moderation decisions that directly affected the community I was helping manage.

Moderator roles and tags were removed without notice, discussions were shut down, messages disappeared, and the community itself was eventually deleted.

This was an incredibly unprofessional way to handle a community that many people had invested their time and effort into building.

Despite my contributions as a Community Moderator, Ambassador, and Official Partner, I was banned from the platform without being given what I considered to be a fair explanation.

I was also blocked across the platform’s social media channels, leaving me with no meaningful avenue to communicate or seek clarification.

What was even more disappointing was seeing public statements that generalized Nigerians with terms such as “scammers,” “fraudsters,” and “liars.”

Regardless of any disagreement with individuals, making broad statements about an entire nationality is unacceptable.

This experience completely changed my opinion of Zinn Hub.

A platform should value transparency, respect, accountability, and fair treatment of the people who dedicate their time to helping it grow.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Based on everything I personally experienced and witnessed, I cannot recommend Zinn Hub to freelancers, creators, or community builders.

I've had a positive experience following Zinn Hub so far. The focus on community, education, buyer protection, and quality onboarding makes it feel different from many freelancing platforms. Looking forward to seeing it grow.

I joined Zinn Hub as a Philippine Ambassador and it completely changed how I approach freelancing.
What I appreciate most is how the platform is built around trust and fairness. The 0% commission on the first $500 is a game-changer for new freelancers who are just starting out — it means your first earnings go entirely to you while you build your reputation. That kind of support for beginners is rare.
As an Ambassador, I have been actively introducing Filipino freelancers to the platform and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The KYC verification process gives both freelancers and clients confidence that they are dealing with real, verified people — something that is critically important in a world where online scams are everywhere.
The weekly challenges organized by the team are a great way to keep the community engaged and motivated. It is not just about earning — it is about growing, improving, and connecting with other freelancers from around the world.
The support from Neil and Natalie has been consistent and genuine. They actually listen to feedback and care about the growth of every single Zinner on the platform.
If you are a Filipino freelancer looking for a legitimate platform that actually protects your earnings and values your work — Zinn Hub is worth trying. The free plan alone is already more than enough to get started.

Zinn Hub honestly as proven to be a project that started out well in the beginning and with the support of a fast growing community where many freelancer put in efforts into promoting the Zinnhub name on every available platform out there, but it is sad to see that the same community that helped them get to where they are today are the ones they choose to call, names like Freeloaders, Monkeys and also racial comments that are offensive even as far as owing people payment of those that worked for them and instead of trying to resolve the issue within the community and Amicably like any responsible upcoming brand should be doing, they tend to do otherwise and banning the accounts of this freelancers. They have shown how fraudulent they can be and also given us reasons to call them out for their misconduct, dishonesty, lies, racism, all this and yet they decide to call us names. ZINNHUB ARE LIERS!!!!!!!!

Been selling on Zinn Hub for the past few months and honestly I’m really happy with the platform and the sales I’m getting. The support team is fast, friendly, and always helpful. Definitely a great platform for serious freelancers. Highly recommended!

It's just waste of time for freelancers who have sense and have somewhere important to go

Very confusing website, you can't even know your way around, waste of time

This is the best Freelancing platform I’ve ever worked on, I landed my first gig in less than 24 hours that I joined

Very good and reliable

The meticulousness that was applied in building Zinn Hub is second to none which makes it safe for freelancers and anyone looking to higher talents. Someone without real skill and proof of work cannot list on Zinn Hub, this protects Buyers. The interface is very user friendly, the store and multiple zinns feature for each freelancer finally provides an actual marketplace for service providers. The prompt customer support and assistance from the dev makes the platform deserving of 6 stars ⭐

I was part of Zinn Hub's freelancer/ambassador community. My account was permanently suspended with no specific ToS clause cited and no appeal offered. My pending payouts — money already earned for completed work — were cancelled as a result.

Separately, Zinn Hub had sent me $500 as a gift toward a new laptop after mine was stolen, publicly announced with "No hesitation. No conditions. Just genuine support." At their request, I posted publicly thanking them using that same language. After my suspension, I was told this same money was actually a conditional loan and asked to return it — directly contradicting their own public statement.

I'm not alone. Several of us in the community were promised payment for promotional work that was never paid out. When we raised concerns together, our community group was deleted and members were locked out. Some of us were told fees increased from the advertised 7% to 20%. When we pushed back, we were called "freeloaders" and "money monsters."

Zinn Hub — pay everyone you owe. I have documentation of all of this, including screenshots, and am happy to provide it to anyone considering this platform.

Used many different Zinns here on Zinnhub and all of them have been verry good to great with a few real gems that have been over and above. Everything has been on time and as described or better.

It's not like Fiverr. No liars or rip off merchants. Highly reccomend: Tamoor Links Authority. 100% top class great results.
