What a rip off! Never again-Please READ THIS POST & avoid this company like the pest!
Placed my order for shampoo , a cuddly toy and some soft balls. The balls didn’t arrive and despite sending numerous emails & photos of the undamaged box( which they required) the customer service replied that they can’t help me as the box isn’t damaged and they packed the balls. 🥎

The order has just been shipped so I am happy :)

-worst experience yet with online shopping. The shipment was on an 'announced' status for a full week; emails were answered without giving information or answering my requests (for refund and cancelation). They kept sending me the same link to DHL, while I was complaining about the unchanged status on DHL. Though they have the best price, I will not shop there anymore for sure.

What a dreadful company. Their service is appalling. I am finished with this company and will never use them again. They take forever to send your purchases. I had the same problems with them when I used them in the UK. 5 days to get your purchases for an online shop is unaccepted!!!

On the website it is advertised that they ship the order within 24 hours. I have ordered last week on Saturday, and until today the order is still not shipped. If I knew they would need few weeks to process an order I would definitely not order there. I would also recommend strongly to avoid using the website.

No language options on the site, only German. Worst shipping Ive ever seen. I tried to order food for my cats 2 times and made my plans accordingly. Each time it took more that the estimated days amount and each time the cargo firm send the package back saying that they ringed the door but couldnt reach us although I was home both of the times and even checked the cameras but couldnt find them. It seems the company also knows this stuff, for me each time they acted accordingly, Im simply thinking it is a scam attempt where people tries to get that cargo over and over and finally lets it go

I would evaluate them with 0stars if I could.
I ordered twice as it was indicated the item is on stock.
Twice they cancelled the order.after a fee days.

Not sure why hiwever very bad experience

I am so glad I found this website for all my beauty product needs. The customer service is fantastic and the shipment was fast.

I don't know what's going on with that company in the last few months!!! Looks like they either stopped shipping orders or replying to customers' queries. I would suggest stopping ordering from them still they clarify their business status.

14 days ago I ordered some dog food. Money drawed from my account immediately and I received an email that my order was shipped. No tracking included.
A week ago I wrote them to get a tracking number for the parcel. It says my parcel has been stuck in Hamburg for over a week now. I have contacted DHL, who sent me to DHL Parcel, but I have now been on hold for 1 hour (number one in cue line) and still no one answering.
Status so far:
I still haven't received anything and when I call Zooland I get an answering machine. So at this point I can't recommend any one using this site.
