Losing patience with how often this happens

Reporting spam beahvior didn't stop the same account from messaigng me again within the same week.

I feel it is worth mentioning that the suggested conversation starters reference hobbies that don't match anything the other person actually listed.

Has a very nice way of communication. He listens. Doesn't judge.

I have been on this site on and off since September 2025 but all my attempts to meet up with the girls of my choice have been unsuccessful largely due to their policies of redacting any and all attempts to contact them outside the site. This extends beyond the usual email address and telephone numbers to cover any and all information such as a hotel name or flight number which the couple arrange between themselves. This information should be available to both parties,and represents illegal censorship if redacted,as it was previously done in my case. The customer service team are deliberately trying to stop people from hooking up and thus leaving the site. They have no shame in stopping people from getting together in the real world

the first couple weeks were honestly pretty good, I matched with a few people and had some decent conversations and somewhere around the third week things started slowing down noticeably. Support wasn't much help either, the reply felt like it came from a script rather than an actual person. I gave it another cople weeks thinking it was just a slow patch, but it never really recovered.

Whatever momentum it had in the beginning had completely disappeared by that point. It's a shame because the first impression was genuinely good, which almost makes the drop off more frustrating. I'm still on it for now but I'm not holding out much hope it turns back around. Overall just a disappointing arc from a genuinely promising start. None of what I'm describing here is a one time fluke, it repeated enough that I felt it was worth writing about. This isn't meant to scare anyone off completely, just to set realistic expectations going in.

Great! Now let me share my experience with this site:

1. I made an account and got 20 FREE credits, so I used them wisely. How? I simply sent messages in weird languages to "mostly offline" female profiles. Believe it or not, they ALL "came to life" AND responded perfectly, without even asking WHY I used weird languages (Bengali, Mandarin, Korean, etc.)

Maybe they ALL speak 180-200 languages?

Poor "Powell Janulus"* must feel horrible after that!

2. I noticed that they were ALL highly interested in getting intimate with me, but NONE of them were willing to give out any email, phone number, etc. That is strange, considering that this is a "dating site, where many users can be verified" ("About youmetalks", 1st and 4th paragraphs).

Maybe they are just BFFFs** that have vowed NEVER to betray the "sisterhood trust", meaning they will NEVER go out with a man?

3. I also noticed that these super-hot/gorgeous women were commending me on my "handsome looks" and "mesmerising eyes". How, when my profile is still BLANK, without any photo?

Maybe they are also all Chronomancers who can travel back and forth in time, and saw my profile photo, which I might (or might not) upload in the future?

Poor old DeLorean now feels obsolete, feeling almost completely useless, apart from when their kids play with her for time-travel practice...

4. All profiles have also managed to have the same exact SUFFIX IDs*** across ALL sister-sites.

Poor old Moses feels bad for just splitting the sea...

*** = Still accessible if you know their real Suffix IDs in NUMBERS.

5. All of them also have PERFECT profiles, with PERFECT photos, in which even older ladies of ages 65+ look super-hot!

I am 100% sure that no filters were ever used in making these photos.

6. Those 20 credits given to ALL users (except the Chronomancer BFFFs) come at a TERRIBLE price: you are given a PERMANENT cloak of invisibility, and thus you CAN NEVER SEE ANYONE else who is wearing one, even if you are in the same country/city, and regardless of what filters you change!

Why are you guys vigorously churning the invisible butter of disrespect? Didn't you READ what the company says in their ABOUT section? Here's a reminder:

7. Last but not least: I noticed that many positive reviews for this platform come from accounts with only ONE review, OR from accounts dedicated almost exclusively to reviewing this specific site. 2, 12, 24... wow! What AMAZING dedication!

Other than credits being so expensive. It’s been a fun and pleasant experience.

I did the online chat about an accidental double charge. I purchased the 9.99 deal for 40 coins and it charged me 2x by accident one for $10.79 and one for full.price for 45 coins for $21 and change. The rules say I can ask for a refund. So I asked but she tried to tell me I bought the more expensive package first then put a bunch of stuff in the message I didnt understand the chat abruptly ended my wifi was horrible. I called in explained what happened and if I could get a refund great if not no worries just tne 46 coins be credited to my account. I was polite and nice as these things happen. In less than 24 hours my account was suspended for violation of a policy nobody would tell me and that id be credited for 120 days around $600. I always bought the 40.coin specials. Nobody will talk to me or answer me. 2 reps hung up on me. Ive made 1 friend in 4 years we talk weekly. Now I have nothing. And again no explanations. Im heart broken ive been a dedicated customer for years and then to be removed for nothing I did wrong. Im disgusted with how ive been treated, if I cant come back refund all my money.
