Wide collection of bathroom products. Reliable (ok, they offer various quality) and very stylish. My best experience was when I contacted their customer service regarding a technical issue. The speed and detail of information cannot be compared to anything I have experienced in Luxembourg and Belgium, in a positive way. Reply was in English, which is also important for someone that does not speak French. Thank you x2o team. Keep up the good work :)

I was looking for a specific item not available in the USA. The Customer Care Team worked with me to get the items shipped and were endlessly patient and helpful with the many questions I asked and with working out the best form of payment. Very efficient, best value for money
Very efficient, price less than half of competition, very technically skilled sales people, super polite and friendly, ordered 9 bathrooms in less than half an hour. If you go somewhere else, you are simply making a mistake.

Greate experience
I went to the store in zaventem and the personel was very helpfull. I could find all items from the site in the showroom and all questions that we had about things that we should buy and things that we were missing was added to my cart.
