Additional useless card

Additional useless card. You have to take a picture but most receipts are digital nowadays. Just adds another headache.

Worse experience ever with the customer…

Worse experience ever with the customer service and the software. They are very unclear, unorganised and try to get as much money from you as possible, changing prices and offers all the time.

Not recommended al atll!!!!

You can’t trust their words!

Do not trust their words, I got a membership with them, then decided to downgrade my membership, I called them to see if I can get a refund and they said yes go and downgrade it and we will make a refund for you.
After downgrading I called them and they said no we are not doing any refund do you have a proof that we said we will? I just trusted their words!
So now I have paid for upper membership but I am using the basic plan!
Disappointed and will never trust again.

Products are total garbage

Products are total garbage. Incredibly hard to use, never improved or updated. Truly the worst software I have ever had the misfortune of using. I hope they go bankrupt.

Very bad

Visma tricked me to renew my yearly subscription while I didnt need the app anymore. There is no way to stop your subscription inside the app, and apparently that's a good way to make money.

Garbage products

Garbage products, terrible customer service. It is astonishing that in this day and age that products this archaic and difficult to use can survive. Not for long I suspect.

A really poor software

A really poor software. Completely un-intuitive, highly complicated and makes accounting extremely time consuming.
Lacking features as Proforma invoice, an absolute basic for any accounting software is not available.
Adjustments are very limited and whole stuff just for domestic Swedish market, for international working companies nearly unusable.

If you connect currency accounts, the matching works only through a certain menu point, so you can not i simply open the sales invoice and mark it as "paid".
You can not even connect two banks to the software, you can not forward other then Swedish invoices to a certain email address to capture them into the system, just ridiculous.

You have to contact customer service (which is quite OK) dozens of times, to get the whole thing halfway running. But be prepared to minimum 3 weeks until you are able to use it anyway.

Guys, if you want to survive with this buggy system, you better get somebody on board specialized in usability...

It is bookkeeping / accounting …

It is bookkeeping / accounting software. But It does not provide any knowledge. A user does transactions. They might be a single account event or many. But they have NO what so ever help function to get that right. It has a import function where you can match cash transactions.
But more complex things like dividend where you have many cash and account event there is nothing. It's really hard to belive thay have been in this bussiness for some 30-40 yeas and still only give their users access to basic debit/kredit events.

We bought an eAccounting subscription

We bought an eAccounting subscription - 1. You can not upload historical data from via bank connection. - Like you can do on speedledger.se

2. Bank connection costs extra - don't be fooled by cheap monthly price

3. We wanted to cancel the subscription - and get some type of refund when we realized this- We decided to go for Fortnox instead - they have a new crm system that is better than vismas super office
Try speedledger or Fortnox instead
