Another scam machine,send your items ,get offered a very insulting lowball offer about 30% of it's value, simple as that, auction them you then get true value any auction will help you,better than being ripped.

Good negotiation re the box - happy with the revised amount and agreed the offer. Only received the initial lower amount. Contacted and was told to expect the balance soon. Still not received 3 days later. Not good customer service.

Communications from start to finish were clear and understandable keeping you up to up to date on receipt of items, assessment of worth, options to discuss and payments.

I don’t normally like to write negative reviews but thought I would write this as it may be helpful to anyone thinking of sending valuables to vintage Cashcow. First of all I would like to say that using Vintage Cashcow was very easy and the company kept me informed about the progress of my box, and they seemed very good and professional. I sent them a 1.8kg box of Silver items box number 509971773645 containing a few items of Georgian Silver.
I expected a low valuation, but not a valuation of £20.
Obviously people use Vintage Cashcow to declutter and that was what I was doing and so reluctantly accepted the Price.
I do feel so disappointed and feel like I was Robbed and therefore wanted to warn potential Vintage Cashcow customers in advance.

It was a fast service and kept up to date with each stage, very impressed.
