I found the correct volume easily, they were charged when I received them. I wish they had Bluetooth ability, but the functions they have are very well designed and easy to use.

I have a moderate heating loss. Your product appears to be somewhat better than others I tried but is little tricky for an old person with arthritic fingers to set the volume or mode. Placing and removing hearing aids is also tricky. Still a significant tunnel echo and unwelcome sounds are present even at the lowest volume and in general mode. I hope I get used to those shortcomings. As far as customer service is concerned, getting an agent on a phone requires additional dose of patience.

Very easy to use from the start comfortable to wear easy to adjust works well

Sadly, sadly disappointed! I purchased these in March, and haven’t been able to make them work for me. The problem is to change the volume requires you to have the hearing aids in your ear and then depress a tiny button and listen for a very faint series of tones to determine the volume level and change it. Unfortunately the tiny button is right beside the microphone, so as soon as you place your finger in to press the button, it begins screeching with feedback. So much so that there is no way to hear any faint beeps, and thus change the volume. Or do anything else. And customer service has been no help either. I am in California, and customer service is only open Monday through Friday 8-5 EASTERN TIME. And when I HAVE been able to connect, their only thought to adjust the volume with the screeching feedback was “well, when it’s screeching and you press the button, you should be able to tell when the volume is low as the screeching will be less”. As far as I’m concerned, These are completely unusable.

Quality of hearing aids. Work better than more expensive hearing aids I have purchased over the years. Very reasonably priced and ordering was easy. Make sure you register your hearing aids as soon as you receive them. You will need the order number on the shipping package to do so.

easy to use. I like the "tail" at the dome; it helps retain the dome inside the canal.

I am very happy with the hearing aids they have been easy to use and any time I have had a question customer service has been very helpful.

Great service....My original order was for the totally in the ear type of hearing aid. These proved to be the wrong fit for me. The vivtone agent suggested that I try the expure hearing aid....they fit and perform the way I like. Great experience!

I did extensive research before recommending to my daughter that I would like the Sync Tune hearing aid set for my birthday present this year! So excited to try them, which I will do this week. I’ve tried two other cheaper brands and look forward to the quality of your product. Here’s to good hearing!

Work well just have to get used to wearing them. Never had hearing aids before.

Since customer stepped up, I believe these will work out fine at much less the cost of others

Excellent product and quick service too!

They are a great size and the charging case is terrific. They seemed to work well in a crowded, loud restaurant. The price seems fair for what you receive. They seem to be well made. The only issue I have with them is that they were not designed to interface with your phone.

Recently ordered a pair of SyncTune OTC Hearing Aids, Had some initial issues with them but Cindy worked with me and she got things done so now I’m extremely happy with them. They are comfortable to wear and I’m very pleased with them.

Easy to use, minimal feedback, charges easily, easy to change head, comfortable

I bought these OTC hearing aids for my 82 yr old mom and she can hear much better, not only conversations but also the tv. She still needs to get used to finding the volume button without having to taking them off, but the overall improvement in her hearing is noticeable. Also, this product has a very good customer service and will follow up promptly if you have any questions.

Adjustment of gain over range of frequencies very effective with built-in test. Software is glitchy and won't work properly on some smartphones - manual gain adjustment is problematic but can be made to work using a different smart phone.

Cindy was really helpful in me getting my replacement hearing aid very quick service and I give her a A+ for her effort

Update: I have now received shipping reimbursement. The issue is customer service. Unfortunately I don't feel I can upgrade this review because it took a bad review on Trustpilot to get action from Vivtone. If Cindy is the only support person that actually knows how their system should work, it is time for retraining of all other employees. I received defective hearing aids. They squelched painfully in my ear. I did return them and did receive a credit for the product. They did not refund my shipping expense. I was told by Cindy (probably AI) after returning, that they offer a shipping label for returns and I had to include a photo of the defect. No shipping label was ever offered in the 3 weeks of conversation. Please, someone tell me how to take a picture of a squelch! Absolutely ridiculous. Customers beware of this company.

I've been dealing with Vivtone for years now. I started with their cheapest in-ear type model DO9 which actually worked pretty good considering the really low price.

But as time went on, I wanted more and better so I kept upgrading myself with the next higher model. Each had more and better features plus improved sound quality. The few times I've had issues, the Vivtone rep was quick to respond, and sent me a replacement unit when warranted.

A year ago, I upgraded to their newest and most advanced model called Xpure. It comes with a cellphone app that has a hearing test, plus several ways to manually tune each hearing aid the way you like it. I'm so impressed with the Xpure model, and they have improved my hearing so much, that I bought a backup Xpure set a few weeks ago in case I have an accident with my originals.
