Great service and great products
The service is very good! I swiftly received emails confirming the status of my order and delivery and the entire process was smooth and accurate. I liked that I was told by a personal email that one of my products was not in stock and that the delivery could have taken a couple of days more.
The only minor issue was that one of my products (a compact powder refill) arrived completely in pieces. I decided to use it anyway, because when I noticed it was broken I had already opened it and I could not return it, but they are very kind and attentive and immediately sent me a new one. I recommend their online store and I will order again soon!

Good after sale service but poor policy
Good after sale service but really annoying that they accept orders for things they don't have in stock. You only find out after they take your money.
Why not check before accepting an order? It's not so difficult. Otherwise it just wastes everyone's time and creates a bad impression
