The last 4 years I have discovered the products of Vitabay and since then, Vitabay is our primary choice for our supplements.Has great quality, vegan capsules, high doses like vitamine E, D3 and K2, very good prices compared to other similar products and excellent customer service. Even if we are in Greece the customer service is fast and always welcome with my questions and requests. I absolutely suggest Vitabay company!

FRAUDULENT! DOES NOT CONTAIN ACTIVE INGREDIENT (or, if it does any, almost none).

I purchased late last year a container of 90 capsules and I had consumed roughly 54 of the capsules. Because there have been reports of other companies marketing Astaxanthin products containing zero Astaxanthin, I decided to open this capsule up and see what is inside.

I wish I could post a photo here. Real astaxanthin is deep red, like a merlot red. It is unmistakable and is such a potent dye, it would turn blood red anything it was mixed in. Well, I opened this up and instead of showing any red at all, it was a light yellow, like it consisted only of something like vegetable oil. That's what it looked like. I opened up a capsule from another brand for comparison which has been lab tested and which publishes their independent results and the real one was indeed deep, blood red.

Vitabay is selling FAKE products, at least they're selling a FAKE astaxanthin. It is shockingly bad and totally fraudulent. I think I may write a letter to the Dutch government about their practices.

Hello, I have written to you and contacted your customer service numerous times without having received any response.
I wrote to you regarding Order VBS635422025 that I made on February 2, 2025.
The DHL courier contacted me and told me that the products and the contents had been damaged by their courier and that they had therefore destroyed the package.
I have not received anything because everything was thrown away, but I have not received any response from you.
DHL told me to contact you for a refund or reshipment of the goods, but you have never responded to me.
This is the tracking number: 8158320553
I contacted you to ask you how I can resolve this problem. Now I should have a refund from you or in any case a reshipment for correctness.
UPDATE: 25/02/25
I update my review, after 5 days I received the new shipment, and everything went well.
I wanted to thank Vitabay customer service, they proved to be reliable in solving the problem.

Vitabay.net UPDATE...Encouragingly I received an email from Vitabay Customer Services on Saturday evening, saying they hoped to tell me where my package was on Monday. No further contact!!! I sent an email. Vitabay's reply claims ....
"The parcel has not been lost, but the deliverer cannot find the address or the recipient."
Both DHL Alicante tracking numbers (for the same product???) have the correct address. I have confirmed this TWICE! Alicante is 40km from my location. I have provided a telephone number and Google Maps location reference TWICE!!!!!
Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

UPDATE von Vitabay.net... Erfreulicherweise erhielt ich am Samstagabend eine E-Mail vom Vitabay-Kundendienst, in der stand, dass sie hofften, mir zu sagen, wo mein Paket am Montag sei. Kein weiterer Kontakt!!! Ich habe eine Email gesendet. Die Antwort von Vitabay behauptet ....
"Das Paket ist nicht verloren gegangen, aber der Zusteller kann weder die Adresse noch den Empfänger finden."
Beide Sendungsverfolgungsnummern von DHL Alicante (für dasselbe Produkt???) haben die richtige Adresse. Ich habe dies ZWEIMAL bestätigt! Alicante ist 40 km von meinem Standort entfernt. Ich habe ZWEIMAL eine Telefonnummer und eine Google Maps-Standortreferenz angegeben!!!!!

This is my first review here:
In all of the years of orders, i had one case, that i ordered two pieces of a product, and got only one delivered, but had to pay for both. I contacted them, but they said, the delivery was correct, the WEIGHT was correct. - Apperently it was not.
- I contacted Paypal then and at least get a partly refund.
This was only one mistake in all of the time.
All in all i am very happy to buy there.

I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago and i haven't received anything, also no communication at all.

My order has not been delivered yet, despite I provided all the necessary address informations one week ago.
