I had originally written a poor review because I did not receive my order and somehow the order confirmation went astray. However, as soon as the company learned about what happened, they immediately refunded my purchase price and sent me a discount code for my next purchase. Which I will definitely use in the future. Mistakes happen from time to time, the mark of a good company is how they deal with them when they do. So I unreservedly retract my previous review!

EXCELLENT customer service!!! I wrote to inquire about my order I had not received. The response was so fast and they found my order to be lost in transit, Within minutes my replacement order was submitted.

I ordered two pair of sneakers and both were not true to size. They both were small and didn’t work. I went online to return them and their return process is so difficult. They asked me to take a picture of the shoes as part of my return process but then it says the image I’m loading is too big and won’t receive it. And there is no phone number to be able to call them. So frustrating. I was going to exchange them now. I’m just going to return them.

This organization is a scam. I ordered footware size 9.5. They delivered size 5. I tried to return the incorrect item and was forced to order a second item in order to replace the wrong size originally ordered. Now my return has been delivered back to me. I'm not receiving a refund for the original item and am now on the hook for three pairs of shoes! Buyer beware!!

These sneakers leak worse than my regular, non waterproof ones.

After trying to reach out about the warranty all I ever get is automated responses that ignore the fact I do not have a receipt because they were a gift. I say this and get the same response. "Send in receipt". ridiculous as they are clearly Vessis!

Vessi’s truly live up to the hype of being waterproof. However I will never buy a white pair again! Despite following their directions to a T for cleaning their white shoes they never got back to their beautiful white color. Just a dingy dirty color. Very disappointed. That’s a few hours of my life cleaning a shoe that I’ll never get back. Do yourself a favor and buy black vessi’s.

If I had a choice I would never wear shoes, but since I have to I wish I could only wear Vessi shoes. Travelling to Korea and Japan in the rainy season had us feeling nervous, but a stop into Vessi store and 5 pairs of shoes later I can tell you we had nothing to worry about. Between torrential downpours and off the charts humidity, we always exceed the day with perfectly dry and comfortable feet. Emphasis on comfortable. I wish they’d get cuter styles that fit a wider foot, but for the level of comfort and security they provide, I’ll bend a little.

I have had 3 pairs of vessi shoes over 3 years. The waterproofing is excellent for ~6-9 months, wish the water proofing lasted longer and wish the shoe itself lasted longer and didn’t get so dirty so easy.
My first 2 pairs looked like vans and I loved them and I just switched to one without laces and it was way too small of a hole for my foot and probably most feet so I had to modify the tongue of the shoe with a couple slits with scissors.. sad I had to cut my brand new shoes to make them fit so I can get my foot in and so I don’t lose circulation.. now less than 6 months later the bottom of my shoe is starting to come off and tear.
I wish this was better quality for how expensive they are…. I’m not sure if I will get more pairs or not and I feel bad that I referred my friends and family to get these shoes

I ordered my normal size 9, when they were on sale of the Memorial Day. I ordered these shoes for an upcoming trip. The size 9’s were way too big. I tried to exchange them for a smaller size. The same color that I ordered were out of stock. I wanted to switch the color of the shoes. To do that I would have to pay full price and pay more than the original sale price. It was a frustrating experience.

I bought my vessi in June 2023. And shortly after I was writing them an angry email saying my white shoes became grey and don’t wash off. For ages I treated my vessi pair as ‘to kill’ shoes - most dirtiest tracks, salt water sailing, mud at the off road, hiking through puddles, walk in Aussie red desert, wash machine clean with no protection to the shoes… you name it. As I didn’t get my free replacement at the time for a new white pair I just wanted to destroy them. But…today 3 years passed, I was again sailing in them and my friends were complaining how their shoes are wet so again (as I did so many times) I told them about this cool pair I have that are in indestructible and waterproof. Just don’t expect them to stay white.
This is not a paid advertisement, but I huge thank you to the designers of these shoes. I was the one who had no trust and today I m writing this because I keep using them all the time. I can’t figure out how to attach the photo here but they look perfect! 3 years of non stop cruelty- they survived 😄 anyone sailing, hiking or just living an active life - this is my best pair next to another 10 adventure shoes. Thank you and I’m officially your biggest fan advertising vessi to all my friends! Keep making these incredible waterproof shoes ❤️

I bought the Women's Weekend Classic in Marble White, sz. 7. I'm a perfect sz. 7B/M no 6.5's or 7.5's in my closet, which is why I regularly order shoes online. I would never order from them again. Beyond uncomfortable. I wore them just briefly the first time, and while initially comfortable, within 15 minutes, the back of the shoes was rubbing uncomfortably against my heel, to the point of forming a blister on one foot. Tried them again for a bit longer a few days later and made sure to put something on. Had to be a very thin ped-type sock. No way to wear a thicker sock, as they're simply too tight, and loosening the laces, largely for show, since it's a slip on, doesn't help. Same thing on the 2nd wearing. I tried a 3rd time this past weekend, wearing them to the movies because it was pouring rain. While they're clearly waterproof, the pain across the the vamp while just watching the movie was so bad (and with my legs extended on a recliner seat!), my foot actually started to cramp. I had to take them off. When we left the theater, I had to wear them like slip-ons, because the back of the both shoes was rubbing so uncomfortably against my heels. I bought these specifically for a trip to Europe next month, knowing I'd be doing a lot of walking, and I won't be taking them. So disappointing.

I ordered the Weekender (women's size 8) to go to Ireland. At first I found they were too small and contacted customer service; they advised me to switch out the insole. Voila! Fantastic! I wear them to walk the dog and whenever I'm walking outside. They are so comfortable and, yes, waterproof. Very light weight, so great for packing.
I saw a review from someone giving the shoe a "1" review as the reviewer said the shoe didn't help her Plantar fasciitis (PF). I'm sorry for the reviewer; I found exactly the opposite -- these shoes were fabulous as I overcame the dreaded PF -- I was able to walk around Portugal in the shoes with my PF inflamed foot bound up! I highly recommend these shoes. They fit wide and are so comfy. Thanks Vessi. Are there any styles that aren't waterproof?

Online is super easy to use however visiting the store in person simply tops the experience with friendly staff, not overly pushy, and genuinely attentive to your needs. Staff went out of their way to find shoes that did not have stocked at their location. Ordering was a breeze and the shoes were delivered to my address very quickly.
Not to mention the shoes are amazing at water proofing but stylish as well.

Product is good; however, Vessi's approach is to make it difficult to engage with a real person and the responses are generated by an AI bot. I won't buy from them again, given the way the handle interactions with customers and don't recommend Vessi. The Vessi response to this review might be even be done by an AI.

If you read Vessi's response to my posting, they might want to rethink their response times of "24 to 72 business hours." They sure don't seem to be in a rush to help anyone in a timely way other than through AI bots.

I ordered a pair of Men’s weekender shoes and a pair of Women’s weekender shoes. They arrived within 3 days of ordering! The Men’s fit my husband perfectly, but my pair were a little too short. I have some shoes in size 9 and others in size 9.5. I ordered the size 9, but needed a half-size larger. Unfortunately , this style is only available in even sizes. Customer service was excellent! I was given information about how to make an exchange, which was quick and easy. I was given a link from the customer support email to order the replacement and it shipped that day. The new size fits perfectly. I am pleased with the product and the support.

Web site is easy to shop on and once you make a purchase there are incentives for future purchases. This is my second pair of Vessi's, great stylish shoes. lots of varieties to chose from. Great Canadian company. Best part is they are waterproof!!!

This brand are amazing and planning to buy more products soon.
