I rarely leave reviews
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Vectra has been one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I have encountered in Poland.
Before signing the agreement, specific information regarding the notice period was confirmed to me, which played a decisive role in my decision to proceed, particularly as a foreigner navigating contracts in a language I do not fully master. Once the contract was signed and I attempted to rely on the information I had been given, I was met with a completely different position and held to terms that contradicted my understanding at the time of entering the agreement.
What has been most disappointing is not only the contractual dispute itself, but the way it has been handled. Months of complaints, appeals and follow-ups have led to little more than generic responses, delays and a feeling that customer concerns are treated as obstacles to be managed rather than legitimate issues deserving fair consideration.
As a customer, I expected transparency, consistency and good faith. Instead, I have spent months trying to resolve a matter that could have been addressed much earlier through honest communication and a willingness to acknowledge the circumstances under which the agreement was concluded.
I would strongly encourage prospective customers, particularly foreigners or anyone relying on verbal assurances during the sales process, to obtain every important representation in writing and verify every contractual detail independently before committing to a long-term agreement.
For me, trust is the foundation of any service relationship, and unfortunately, my experience with Vectra has significantly undermined that trust.
