Loved the customer service, very responsive and kind. I love the NAD. I can feel the rush right away. 500mg. I am a little disappointed in the GLP 2 TR. I do not feel it as potent as previous Tripeptides I have taken and I do not feel much of a difference at all on the same dosage. Kind of disappointing. I will increase the dose and see if that keeps the food noise and hunger at bay.

I have done a lot of research to choose the companies I do business with. I was pleased to find Value Research Labs. Wonderful service by Kenzie with excellent turn around time. All of the products have lived up to my expectations. The products have been comparable to my other provider that is not nearly as competitively priced. Most of my orders have arrived within 2 days many arrived the day after ordering. The service, the product performance, the pricing and the turnaround time have prompted me to continue to place orders for my research needs. I usually dont take the time to write reviews,but this was the first and last time with this vendor,I ordered a vial of cjc ipamorelin blend,on the website the vial picture in the description say plain cjc ipa until you go look at the COA,to find out that the cjc has (DAC) in it,which is a complete different compoud,dosing....with Dac the CJC has a half life of 8 days and a dosing of once per week vs daily without dac,thats dangerous especially if things are not labeled properly and not telling people what they are getting.
I double checked multiple other vendors and everyone else labeled (DAC) (NO DAC)..not to mention and unlabeled vial of supposedly bacwater

Messed up my order, contacted customer service multiple times to get a correction and wasted a whole week waiting for empty promises. Finally lost my patience and requested I be refunded for the missing product. The GLP2-TZ formula seems to be ineffective as well. Been on their formula for over a month and no results at all. That also includes me raising the dosage and still have no results! Crazy thing is, being on their compound makes me crave sugar and I get really bad hungar pains. So I am quite confused about that as I've tried and been on other compounded GLP2s before and never got that kind of side effects. Overall, I give them a 1/5 stars! I will be returning to my previous supplier.

I’m concerned that there are no lot or batch numbers on the viles, invoice or packaging list, we have to take their word that the product shipped was actually tested. That said they have delivered twice and the product shipped were delivered quickly and they seem to work as expected.

Pricing was unbeatable and COA available with some reports even containing endotoxin reports which is hard to find. Quick response and delivery was rather quick. I will definitely order from them again

Extremely concerning experience — unidentified vial and dismissive customer service

I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Value Research Labs was alarming enough that I believe other customers deserve to know about it.

My order arrived with an extra, completely unlabeled vial containing an unidentified white lyophilized powder. No product name. No identification. Nothing telling me what was actually inside the vial.

I immediately contacted the company and provided the photographs and packing slip they requested. What happened afterward was even more concerning: their Head of Customer Support confirmed to me in writing that they DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS IN THE VIAL THEY SENT ME. They ultimately admitted that it was an error in their fulfillment process.

Think about that for a moment: an unidentified vial of lyophilized powder made it through their fulfillment process, was placed into my package, shipped to my home, and the company itself could not identify what they had sent me.

On top of that, I specifically purchased three vials of bacteriostatic water, and those arrived completely unlabeled as well. When I questioned this, I was told that they intentionally ship their bacteriostatic water unlabeled and do not have lot numbers for it.

What made an already troubling situation significantly worse was the way my concerns were handled. Communication was slow, I had to repeatedly follow up, and I found the responses increasingly dismissive and unnecessarily rude considering the seriousness of what had occurred.

Instead of making me feel that they understood why receiving an unidentified substance was concerning, portions of the communication came across as defensive. At one point I was even told, “I do not know who told you about our company, but I find it hard to believe that they did not mention…” regarding their bacteriostatic-water practices. I found that response completely inappropriate given that I was contacting them about a legitimate fulfillment and product-identification concern.

After multiple emails and escalation, they finally agreed to issue a full refund for my entire order. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the refund to appear.

I have kept photos of exactly what I received, my packing information, and the emails in which their customer support acknowledges that they could not identify the mystery vial and that it was a fulfillment error.

This wasn’t simply a damaged package or incorrect quantity. I received an unidentified lyophilized powder that the company that shipped it could not identify. Then I had to repeatedly pursue them for answers and a resolution.

Based on both the fulfillment issue and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I personally would not feel comfortable ordering from Value Research Labs again.

Potential customers should make their own decision, but I strongly recommend doing your research before ordering.

My first order came very quickly, products were what was ordered. My first issue was the glp actually had a Hair under the label of the vial sticking out both sides. GROSS! Secondly I had an issue with taking the caps off and pulling almost the entire top off. I have sent 3 direct emails and 2 from their website. NO RESPONSE!

Second order, Shipped very fast but had same issue with caps.

I guess you pay for what you get.

Good prices, fast US shipping. I have placed 4 or 5 orders so far and I have received my orders within a couple of days. Customer service reached out to me for a COA testing delay, and the order was delivered perfectly. Professional and highly recommended.
