Great experience. the two boys turned up, worked diligently with care.

Terrible service – I would not recommend this company.

The movers had a very poor attitude from the moment they arrived. It genuinely felt as though they didn’t want to be there or do the job. They worked extremely slowly, which made what should have been a straightforward move take much longer than necessary.

When I called the office to ask if someone could speak with the team and encourage them to work more efficiently, the manager was even worse. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, with zero regard for customer service.

To make matters worse, they failed to move all of my belongings, despite being clearly shown and told exactly what needed to be taken.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

It is reliable service that works around the clock. Very efficient, no surprises. We've used for 3 moves in past 5 years and there is always a good thorough and thoughtful crew on the job. Our moves have also had challenging ingress/egress situations which were handled very well. Highly recommend this company.

These movers did a great job getting a 3 bedroom apartment with no previous packing done set up in a new location in half a day. They helped with packing, unpacking and assembling furniture, all with no stress and smoothly done. Highly recommended!

Booked online, gentlemen were very professional, nothing was an issue, completed the job quickly and delivered to another school. Would recommend Vmove anytime. We will definitely use Vmove again.

5STARS! the team were incredible - efficient, thorough, kind & worked so well to move our home. They were done in 5hrs which is so so much quicker than expected. They had helpful tips along the way too (eg airing fridge/ matress wrapping). Have already recommended to 3+ people today alone!

Very happy with the move the guys were helpful and friendly. When problems occurred it was sorted out in a professional friendly manner. The job went over time due the many stairs and tight turns. They stuck to the quote and did not try to get extra.
