Hidden subscriptions and zero heads up
Honestly super frustrated with how this unfolded. Signed up to check out use.ai, but the recurring payment terms were not clear at all. To make matters worse, all their receipt and account emails went straight to my spam folder, so the first time I realized I was even on a paid plan was when a $29.99 charge hit my bank today.
I haven't even used the platform and cancelled immediately, but getting charged out of nowhere leaves a really bad taste in your mouth.

Bad experience
I wanted to start a contract with claude, by accident i ended up at use.ai. I immediately sent them a message to say this is a mistake.
I hear you say you have a "no refund policy". Well, i think such "no refund policy" is very uncustomer friendly if this is reported immediately after purchase. Now i have to try to claim it back through my bank, a very annoying process which pisses me of.

Charged again after cancellation
Charged again after cancellation
I cancelled my subscription after being charged without my permission, but I was charged again even though my subscription was supposed to be cancelled.
I have not received any of the promised refund , including the refunds for my last two payments. The latest unauthorized charge was **NZ$52**, and it is extremely frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue.
As this keeps happening, I am now contacting my bank and will be taking further action if this is not resolved. Customers should not have to keep chasing refunds or worry about being charged after cancelling.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious and regularly check their bank statements for unexpected charges.
