Bought a necklace for my daughter. When delivered I thought the packaging looks exactly like Temu packaging. Went to Temu site and lo and behold - exactly the same necklace for $5. I was charged $50. I am based in Aus and nowhere on the website does it state this company is based overseas. Returns have to go the the Netherlands so no local protection. I wouldn't buy from here again.

After a delay, received the item packaged with the name of an entirely different company with Mandarin materials and no instructions on how to open the bracelet. When attempted to return (the item was smaller than described), was instructed to ship the item to the Netherlands where they would "evaluate". No return label, no exchange.
