Updating my address with Uk-Drive was seamless, but the real highlight has been their petrol-saving tips. I've managed to save a significant amount on my daily commutes by following their advice. Didn... See more

Do not use
Total scam. I clicked on this website - the first one at the top of Google results for ‘change uk driving license address’. Very much looks like a legitimate GOV site.
Entered all of my details to change my address… when the final page asked for £39 - I realised something was off. Glanced to the address bar to see ‘ukdriveassist’ instead of DVLA. Do not use. The service is free on the gov website.
Everything is a scam with this company…
Everything is a scam with this company would give zero stats if possible. They are scum balls and get you to pay a membership when it's free to change anything direct with the DVLA.
This is a SCAM
This is a SCAM. I didn’t sign up for this and have tried to contact them by phone to cancel, but no reply after 30 mins waiting. Have blocked payment with my bank
SCAM
SCAM.
They dupe people thinking this is DVLA and you’re paying for a one time service but it’s not the case. They have been taking money from my account for months without my knowledge. £39 and have been doing this with tons of other people.
Avoid! But unfortunately you don't know you've signed up!
As with other reviews this company is a scam. Changed my address on drivers license, even got an email from dvla to confirm this. However this company have somehow managed to get me signed up to a membership and £39 been leaving account monthly. So annoyed at myself for missing it on statements! When I look at it now it looks like a dvla page. I ve searched my email and a membership email was received at this time but it is in spam folder. Appears you can cancel on website which have done but when I checked it said welcome back instead of cancelled.
I am cancelling it through bank as don't trust it at all. They've had nearly £300 from me now for changing my address, disgusting.
Glad I found it
Never heard of them before, but it just worked. No chasing, no hussle.
Easy recommendation
Told my neighbor about UK-Drive right after I used it. It's rare to find a service that doesn't try to over complicate things, they've got it nailed.
Simple steps, quick turn around
From filling it out to receiving my licence, it was all a breeze. Uk-Drive really knows how to keep it simple and effective. No stress involved at all.
Finished before the crust
Did the whole thing mid-lunch and still had time to finish my sandwich. Super clean layout, nothing confusing. Felt like it was made by someone who gets how annoying admin ca be. Total breeze.
Is this money laundering platform for…
Is this money laundering platform for DVLA? Tick box, hoping that unsuspecting people do not notice it, for service which can be done by Google maps for free and fake reviews on Trust pilot. Also, who provides your payment rails? They should be reported to FCA too. Clearly they did 0 due diligence on your company, otherwise no one would have banked you
It's a total scam, avoid
It's a total scam. I thought I was on the DVLA website trying to change my address. I paid the £39.99 fee, which I thought was DVLA. Using my details, they signed me up to a subscription service. They had taken four months' money before I noticed it.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I used this website to change my address on my driving licence. It’s cleverly made to look like the government website, so you think you’re using the official site when you’re not. It also came up 1st on a Google search as it’s a sponsored ad. They charged me £39 to change my address but this service is completely free on the DVLA website. They also would’ve been charging me £39 a month for a subscription fee that I did not sign up to. Thankfully I contacted my bank and they’ve blocked them from taking any money for a subscription. I cannot believe I fell for this! They shouldn’t be allowed to con you into using it because it looks like the DVLA website. They have changed my address for me on my licence so there’s no chance of me getting my £39 back as they do provide the service. When you click on their help page they even say they’re not affiliated with the DVLA and the service is free and ‘click here’ to do it for free! I know I’ve been stupid to fall for this, however having a 7 month old baby I was trying to quickly do this so I was their perfect victim. It wasn’t until I spoke to my partner and he said it’s free to do that I realised. Like I said I’m lucky I won’t be paying their subscription service as if my partner hadn’t told me I wouldn’t have known and I’d have been paying £39 a month until I noticed. They even tell you that once you’ve paid it’s a subscription but not on the page where you complete the driving licence questions again this is on their help page so I’m doubtful anyone would get their money back if they continued to pay the subscription service without realising. Don’t be me, do not use this website. Everything they provide can be done either for free or at a fraction of the cost on the DVLA website. Like I said it’s not fraud as they do actually provide the service and they do tell you about subscription fees you just have to hunt for the information on their website. So even though it’s very naughty and SHOULD be fraud, it isn’t, so you’d never get your money back! I hope this review helps at least 1 person….. like I said, don’t be me!
Helped my uncle
Used it for my old Uncles licence. He didn't trust online but now he does.
Smooth process, just a bit pricey
Everything worked perfectly. Clear steps, no issues, licence arrived fast. Only downside: the price felt a big high for a simple update.
