We're so sorry to hear about your experience — we understand how important it was to surprise your daughter on her birthday, and it's completely frustrating when there's no delivery or response.
If your order status shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive the flowers, you can open a dispute within 3 days of the delivery date. To do this, simply rate the order with 1 or 2 stars and follow the instructions in the app.
However, with the information provided, we're unable to locate your order in our system. Could you please email your order number to feedback@udora.com? If possible, please also attach a screenshot of this review — it will help us find your case faster and look into what happened.

Terrible experience
No complaints with the flowers, but overall a terrible experience. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive between 11:48-14:48, the order ended up arriving at 17:15. The person they were addressed to wasn’t able to see them until the day after.
So I wasted 30£.
Wouldn’t recommend this service.

The delivery was horrible
The delivery was handled terribly. The courier told the recepient the delivery will be the next day, even though I scheduled on the day he called. Then it magically got delivered on the day of, but the order looked horrible and completely did not match what I ordered. The flowers looked half dead, had a completely different color...then when I filed a complaint it was never answered. I asked for 50 percent refund, which is pretty fair in this case..but nobody did anything about the complain I issued. TERRIBLE service...will not use it or recommend it.

The order came on time and it was just like in the picture. I ordered the donut boquet and it looked amazing and tasted amazing as well.
