I have to give a huge shoutout to Lucas at Unimig. The customer support is absolutely unreal. I don't think I've come across better customer support from any other business out there. I don't know about you all, but I'll be coming back to Unimig again and again, not just for their quality machines, but their support is just top notch every time

The Envy 230 AC/DC TIG & Mig welder with the Bluetooth foot pedal, is working well and the warranty with the extension is up and running.
We use Trade Tools a lot but they don't seem to carry enough of the consumables items. The Welder only came with one MIG tip. We have asked Trade Tools for the Mig Starter Kit but no response. We are on the west side of Brisbane. Where else should we be looking? We would also like a few of the manuals for this welder.

so far very impressed with my Viper 165 , test welds on scrap seem very good using stick,Mig,Tig.

I recently purchased the ENVY 250 from UNIMIG to complete my work in the trades. (I am a welder specialising in staircase hand rails for large construction contracts)
From the first point of contact via emails I've had nothing but an extremely pleasant experience. There was some general questions I needed answered before I decided on what machine was best for me, and honestly, thats exactly what I got.
Staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs and worries and helped guide me on everything I wanted to know.
10/10, would recommend both their products and services to anyone else.

My experience was met with the utmost professionalism that I honestly thought was a thing of the distant past. Prompt answering to my querie, then followed up with instructions. Even when I couldn't get my head around the issue. I was asked for my phone number and a technician will call me. I thought oh well, but within 15-20 minutes the phone rang and a quick walk through the problem and it was solved by a very friendly and patient voice on the other end. I am extremely happy with the customer support and service i have received. Thank you Unimig.
