This was my first time ordering from UNice. I contacted customer service before my order was shipped because I needed to change my delivery address. I provided the correct address and was told someone would respond shortly, but unfortunately, I did not receive a response before the package was shipped to the original address.
After I contacted them again, Larry responded and was helpful. He explained the situation and attempted to have the package intercepted. Thankfully, I eventually received my package.
I’m happy that everything worked out in the end, but I believe customer service could improve by responding more quickly to urgent requests, especially address changes before an order is shipped

The original wig that I ordered was unavailable due to high demand and there would’ve been a delay to process and ship my order. I received an email providing me with multiple options to get an alternative to the original wig I wanted. Once I chose an alternate wig that I wanted, I received a follow up email informing me that the new purchase would be shipped immediately.

MIKE provided quick solutions in getting my order to me in a timely manner. Responded quickly and respectfully. When you make purchases , it’s all about the great customer service that stands out!

Mike was very helpful when I had a complaint. He helped me fix my problem by offering a better solution and I appreciate him for taking time to help me.

Guys, don't bother. I ordered from their site directly and the hair was super scanty. initiating a return and refund and they are being difficult. SAVE YOUR COINS!

I'll give it to them, the only good thing was that shipping was fast to canada and the colour was what it was but besides that, the hair itself and volume didn't meet expectations.

I ordered from Unice a V part wig , the ends were empty , it looks like a cheap wig with not enough hair

I ordered here from unice period the hair was beautiful. However, it was too short and had to return it. The return experience was amazing. They have great customer service and assured that my refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. I will definitely do business with them again.
