I wanted to extend our family travel policy. I left a voice mail from the country where we are in during our vacation. TuGo agent called me, gave full support to extend the policy. There were some issues on the spelling of the names, where TuGo agent Paul guided me to get every thing resolved during the policy extension.

do not under any circumstances use TUGO for your travel insurance needs. They disallowed a legitimate claim because "our application form was not completed correctly". The application form has many poorly worded questions, which we answered truthfully, we did not try to hide or not disclose any previous conditions, we explained this and were still denied. Also be sure to carefully review their 10,000 page policy, there are many weasel words in there you need to be aware. My husband sustained a torn LCL ligament while in Mexico in February of this year. They sat on our claim for six months, then refused to pay. There was NO previous injury or condition that caused this injury, which was explained by our Doctor to TUGO in a letter. Beware of this useless organization, avoid using their so called service at all costs - because it will cost you!

Bought travel insurance for our mother. She had a minor incident on the first day of the trip that resulted in out of pocket costs. We filed a claim our first day back from the trip. We have been waiting almost 6 months for this claim to be processed. We did miss a form or two but submitted within a day or two of being notified. After submitting all documents the claim portal still tells us to submit other forms that have already been submitted. They called and talked to my mother and said the claim would be processed. The portal still says that we are missing forms. We have received no reply to our email inquiries. Extremely frustrating.

This is my first experience with TuGo and it has gone quite smoothly. I’ve been able to get my wife and me registered and our trip is loaded into MyFlight.

Even though i have set up a profile i cant log in to Tugo with the user name and password i created - making it useless
