Comfortable and handy
The folding bed is very comfortable and practical and meets all my expectations. Minor complaints were processed immediately. For instance, the protective cover was too small. I was allowed to keep it and quickly got the correct one. Another thing that makes the bed so handy is the fact that it fits in the boot of my small car. I'm truly enthusiastic.

Delivery promise not kept - customer service helpful
- The next day delivery promise was not kept. This was an essential reason for ordering the product (as I was awaiting my furniture in a new apartment and had nothing to sleep on). Apparently the delivery driver was ill, which can happen, but nobody bothered to inform me until I called them myself.
- Customer service told me that the next possible delivery window was the next week, since they don't deliver in my neighborhood (a big city) on a daily basis. When I asked how they can promise next day delivery if they only come around once a week, the customer service representative was not able to answer my question.
It took a while for customer service to reimburse me, but after a direct contact with them, they have been responsive and helpful.

We begrijpen dat het bijzonder vervelend is wanneer u rekent op een snelle levering en vervolgens niet tijdig wordt geïnformeerd wanneer deze vertraging oploopt. Ook onze communicatie over de termijn van de terugbetaling had duidelijker moeten zijn.
Wij hebben donderdag uw betaalde bestelling direct terugbetaald. Hopelijk heeft u dit momenteel ontvangen op uw rekening.

After two weeks still waiting for a piece of the order. Called the support several times. Every time I hear, tomorrow or the day after at the latest, you will receive it. But still no complete set. So, my experience is not very good. The bed itself is solid, no complaints, but you should keep your promises and that is not the case.

The bed is very good
The bed is beautiful, good quality.
Bringing it up to the 3th floor was al real challence, the chauffeur was allone.
He refused to breng it up, zo he left.
The store refund me a discount of 10%.
So be aware, if you live alone, and dont have someone too help.
