Delivery time was not as advertised
Delivery time was not as advertised. Comparability option said it was correct then after Oder confirmation and payment I received email that said it was not compatible with my car even after providing vin number.
Over all very poor service and would not recommend or order again. Would be interesting to see how often this happens to other customers maybe a class action law suit would be possible?

We completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order based on the compatibility information shown on the website, only to later learn that the part is not suitable for your vehicle, especially after already providing the VIN number.
We’d like to clarify that when searching by registration number or VIN, the system displays parts that may fit the selected vehicle model. However, because many vehicles can have different engine types, equipment levels, production changes, or market-specific versions, the automatic results are not always fully accurate.
For this reason, we also offer a manual compatibility verification service based on the VIN/chassis number, allowing our team to check the selected parts more thoroughly before shipment whenever possible.
Regarding the delivery timeframe, the estimated dispatch date for your order was shown as 20.04.2026 on the product page. In your case, the order was actually handed over to the courier earlier, on 16.04.2026, and delivered on 20.04.2026.

Ordered a plastic clip for the MB front…
Ordered a plastic clip for the MB front door cable, but the delivered product did not match the order at all. The product image showed a plastic clip, but the package contained two metal washer-like parts – completely wrong items.
The parts cost €1.96 and the shipping was €4.90. The seller refunded the cost of the parts, but not the shipping, even though the mistake was clearly theirs.
Overall, a very poor experience: the product images do not match reality, and the complaint was not handled properly. I cannot recommend this seller and will not order from them again.

Quality... part almost unusable. Connectors could not be easily fitted to the brackets and the "sealing surface" of the device was also not quite right. Tolerances... too tight. Otherwise it works, but a bit inefficient. Good company with affordable prices. Also has quality goods.
