My travel agent was Deanne. She was very helpful, made changes to the itinerary as needed and was very accommodating and patient and made my booking smooth.

Very happy booking our holiday with this company. It was very straightforward and hassle free. Ben was very friendly and efficient. Everything was explained very clearly and I would definitely use this company again.

First time using Travel Goals UK but my travel partner had previously used company to book a trip to Japan. I asked Travel Goals for a holiday quote for a trip to Thailand and Vietnam including a sleeper train journey. They arranged flights, accommodation, transfers and sleeper train journey and the price quoted was competitive and very affordable. For our planned itinerary it was value for money and well within our budget. Travel advisor was very helpful and tailored our holiday as requested to every detail. A suitable payment plan was set up making even more affordable. Information was given very quickly and any queries were dealt with and accommodated, excellent customer service received. Would highly recommend Holiday Goals. 👍

Just booked out 3rd holiday of a lifetime with this amazing company.
Our 1st was 2025 to Vietnam south to north... this ye was a 6 city tour In the states and now japan and bali.
All booked by the amazing joanne who has the patient of a saint. Told her what we want and came up with with amazing iteniries for us.
This company is the best stand alone travel company for amazing lifetime holidays . Already looking for 2028

I emailed travel goals late one evening asking for a holiday to Japan to be put together for myself, my husband and our two friends.I was expecting a response in a couple of days and was pleasantly surprised to have an email back mid morning the following day from Mason Turner with a full itinerary of flights, hotels and bullet train tickets.
We had lots of questions and asked him for lots of information and to price some amendments and he always replied promptly both by email and telephone.
We have now booked the holiday with the exact original itinerary Mason put together as between us we couldn’t improve on any of the details of the holiday or get a cheaper price.
We are really pleased with Mason’s patience and expertise, answering all our queries with knowledge and understanding.

Found this company really good, particularly their representative, Joanne Baker, extremely helpful and patient when exploring options for a trip in November; she sought options around my budget and wishes. Unfortunately, by the time I got around to booking, the price had increased; my fault. Joanne still did her best to look for alternatives without being pushy, too. This company is definitely on my list to consider for the future.

Deanne Parker went above and beyond helped me decide which was the best place to go to with getting two quotes and itinerary’s for me to chose from.
Booking was easy and kept me up to date throughout.

Made initial enquiries about a multi trip to Japan and Bali. Query was dealt with very efficiency by Jess Taylor who was more than happy to responded to my numerous questions, before finally proceeding with the booking, which was very easy to follow. Overall an excellent service was provided and looking forward to our trip in 2027!
