I booked ticket in 2021 the flight was cancelled by the airline due to Covid. I was supposed to get refund and travel2be just stop responding. I never got my 600 dollars back. I did contact the airline and they told me to claim the refund from the agent they just stop
Answering. Don’t ever book any flight our hotel via sir scammers it seems like they have scammed and refuse to refund any money back for a cancellation

I have been chasing you people on the phone, calling premium numbers and not getting good help.
The airlines have confirmed that they have processed the refund application request, however its still not processed by your team.

This company is a scam. I purchased a flight ticket from Travel2be through the Momondo app, but when I arrived at the airport, my ticket did not exist in the airline’s system. I tried contacting them through every possible channel and never received any response. I honestly don’t understand how this company is still allowed to operate. Please stay away from Travel2be.

Still chasing covid refunds.

How this company hasn't been prosecuted for scamming the public is a mystery.

Avianca airline paid Travel2be refunds for our three tickets on 16th December 2020 for flights that were cancelled on 18th March 2020 due to Covid. We have screenshot confirmation of this.
Travel2be have refused to pay our refund saying the flights were non-refundable and were never cancelled. We are still chasing over 4 years later.

They cancelled the flight. I waited 8 months refund due to their mistake. Not full return. Never again.

We are very frustrated in your service!

Travel2be have witheld cash reimbursed to them from Egypt air for a flight that was cancelled due to Covid in December in 2021. I have confirmed with egypt airlines that travel2be has been reimbursed, and I have contacted travel2be to get personally reimbursed. they requested banking details for payment; but never paid and never answer emails. Travel2Be has closed. The Airlines has confirmed that the tickets have been refunded and to contact the travel agent.
Where can I ask or whom do I contact for refund?

We booked ticket for our London trip through Travel2Be but could not cancel ticket/reschedule flight. This fraudulent company did not cancel/reschedule our ticket on time and till now they did not refund our ticket money even after sending more than 100 emails. We lost around EUR 3500/-.

Please don't ever plan your holidays with this scam company.

OTRAVO the parent company is bankrupt and i think thats the reason why i cant log into the service. SO BE AWARE PEOPLE!!

We booked our 18h flight with Travel2Be and paid $3,800 for 5 tickets and we have no problem during our travel everything was smooth. Thank you! We will book again our ticket soon.

i bought ticket throu travel2b, and Turkish airlines says the trvel2b agency refund the money to me and that's not true no one refund me anything, now I am searching for travel2b for almost 2 weeks and ican'tt find a phone number or email or anything they are 100% scam company

Want to change or cancel my return flight the facility to do so is there but in my travel I input my email nothing arrives and they don’t have any contact information to help you with this issue seems they take your money and run don’t deal with customer service do not buy from this agent and don’t leave anything u til last minute or you won’t get your issue resolved in time useless company avoid

I booked a ticket from travel2be in 2022 for travel in Aug 2022. The travel was cancelled by travel2be because connecting flights were changed and they couldnt find the appropriate connection. I have requested refund since Aug 2022 and yet to receive any refund. Sent several email with no reply from travel2be. Worst customer service and money theft.

Do not book via this agency. One of our flights was changed and whilst they informed us and offered a refund, we yet have to receive the money in our accounts. They told us that they’re waiting for the money from the airline which can take up to 12 weeks. This period is now two weeks overdue and we still haven’t received our money back. No one responds to emails, calls, WhatsApp, Facebook. It’s appalling how they ghost you and probably not gonna refund this money. Will seek legal action next.

It was really daunting to see all the reviews and ratings here for Travel2be, but I still went ahead with my booking - relying on the fewer good and positive ratings.
Alhamdolilah, I had absolutely no issue with my journey - flight, luggage or seats. It was similar to as if I’d booked directly with Airlines.
The only glitch happened when I went to process payment, the website shows you one amount but as soon as you proceed to payment portal it gives this message that the fares have changed. It didn’t happen once or twice, as before actually booking it I went to it on different instances and different times and at each time it does the same. So, it looked like a trick to make fares attractive and then end up charging more than what was initially shown (although that price was still less than other sites so I went ahead)

I bought a ticket and sent an e-mail to change the date or refund it, and I tried to change it on the website, but the mail I reserved didn't work. I've never seen a travel agency so out of touch. And no details are written on the document. Regarding refund regulations or reservation changes. The worst agency. I never make a reservation here again. I spent wasting my time and money.

I book my ticket with trave2be and they send me email that my flight have been changed and contact us urgently but when i try to contact then bia mytrip using my same email nothing happened and they not even answering my call. My flight from india is change to 27/3/23 but my connecting flight still on 26/3/23 how i m suppose to change that now.

I just chose Travel2be without reading the reviews, and it turned out great! It was the cheapest option at the time. Just that, they did asked me for my details again and again through email even after I already filled them up. Either way, it turned out well. My flight with Singapore Airlines was booked properly and nothing was amiss. Both Travel2Be and Singapore Airlines sent me reminders for check-in and boarding passes.

I missed my flight on 2nd Jan at Heathrow Airport. The staff immediately booked another flight in the same day without any fee or penalty. Overall, the service was real good. Highly recommended.
