He has been very helpful and supportive, not just this time but even during the war situation when I needed assistance. He always helped me without any hesitation and made the whole process much easier.

I booked a flight Ticket from Traveasy, while the experience can get stressed, they always make it work at the end. The initial Ticket details I got were wrong, But kudos to their support team for promptly resolving the issues and providing the right details. A special thanks to Vivek for helping me with my case.

This Website is a scam!!!! Please donot book anything from this website. I recently booked a flight ticket and they charged the whole amount but now they say i have to pay the full amount if i want the ticket. Never trust this website i lost a lot money because of them

Horrible experience. Booked and paid for a flight and was not sent any information. When I emailed them for my booking confirmation, they informed me that the seat is no longer available and need to charge me an extra 200GBP.

Avoid this company like the plague! Booked flights from Edinburgh to Dubai return for about £100 cheaper than everywhere else. About 5 minutes after i paid, I received a call from what sounded like an Indian call centre, telling me I had missed out the DOB of my child and that the price had now went up so I had to pay more due to my 'error'. I fortunately had taken screenshots of the booking information which showed there was no missing info and challenged this , eventually I was able to speak to a 'manager' who just sounded like the same person changing his voice, after a heated conversation he told me he could reduce the extra payment by half, and then a 3rd. I logged onto the website whilst I was on the call out of curiosity to see what price was coming up now that the prices had supposedly went up and was able to complete the booking info and get the exact same price I paid! I advised the manager of this and he fumbled and stuttered and said he couldn't get access to this price 🤣and I'd still have to pay extra, or if I wanted a,refund I'd have to pay a £65 charge.

After another very heated conversation he advised me there would be no extra payment needed and I would get my tickets within an hour, well 1 hour later I called again and was told that the airline was delayed issuing tickets and it would take another 3 hours, I contacted Airline which confimed no booking, needless to say tickets never arrived and I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank, this seems to be a common scam with this company . The staff I spoke to were the rudest most unhelpful I have ever dealt with and even when clearly caught out continued to lie and make up absolute rubbish. Avoid and save yourself the stress.

Scammers, you will not receive ti keys. Just email confirming payment. Sometime later you receive a call or email asking you to speak to them as there is a problem with your booking, they will then say the fare is not vailable anymore and ask you to pay more. Classic bait and switch. Not sure why on earth Google is still allowing them. Horrible. Asked for refund, wast of time

Sold me a Heathrow flight, emailed me a Gatwick one, then asked for £25 to fix it
Booked and paid in full for London Heathrow to Nice on 20 July. Received a confirmation. No ticket was ever issued.
Hours later, new itineraries arrived from Traveasy showing Gatwick to Nice at the same times, a flight I had never booked. Then came the phone call: I had apparently purchased Gatwick, and £25 would get me “the correct tickets”.
I refused. For ten minutes the agent insisted the payment was necessary. Then, with nothing whatsoever having changed, he announced the tickets would be issued free of charge and wished me a nice day.
That climbdown tells you everything. If a charge evaporates the second a customer pushes back, it was never a real cost. Anyone who had not read their original confirmation carefully, or who was less stubborn on the phone, simply pays it.
The Heathrow flights were eventually issued and I have confirmed them directly with British Airways. But I paid for a Heathrow flight and then had to spend my evening proving it. Check every itinerary this company sends you against what you actually booked, and verify your reservation with the airline rather than trusting their emails.
I have submitted a formal complaint and will update this review if it is resolved fairly.

I would not use this company again or recommend anyone to use it.

After paying for a flight, I never received a booking confirmation and had to contact customer services myself to find out what was going on. I was then told that the price could not be honoured and that I would need to pay an additional £52 due to an alleged increase in taxes.

The representative said he would call me back within 30 minutes after speaking with the airline to see if they can take the price i paid. No callback was ever received, and after waiting more than an hour I had to call back myself to chase an update.

At that point, I decided to request a refund. I was told the refund would take 7-10 days and that written confirmation would be sent within 10-15 minutes. Once again, I had to follow up because communication was poor throughout the process.

To their credit, the full refund of £571 was eventually returned to my account within 24 hours. However, that does not change the fact that I paid for a flight, received no booking confirmation, was later asked for additional money, and had to repeatedly chase the company for information.

After reading other reviews describing very similar experiences, I am not confident in this company's booking process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking through Traveasy.

This was stressful, time-consuming, and not what I would expect from a travel company handling customers' money.
