**Title: $1,000 to scammers was fine. My $250 gets blocked.**
My experience with Trustee Plus is extremely disappointing and, frankly, absurd.
Previously, I transferred approximately $1,000 through their service and later discovered that the recipient was a scammer. When I contacted Trustee about the situation, there seemed to be no comparable level of scrutiny, no meaningful protection for me as a customer, and no successful recovery of my money.
Now the situation is completely reversed.
I received approximately $250 of my own legitimately earned money as payment for a service, and Trustee Plus immediately subjected the transaction to an AML review. They requested extensive additional evidence and documentation that I simply do not have.
I explained the circumstances. I even stated that the client had changed their mind and that I was completely willing for Trustee to return the entire $250 to the ORIGINAL SENDER.
Yet the money remains blocked.
So when approximately $1,000 of MY money was sent to scammers, I did not see this extraordinary level of protection or investigation.
But when I RECEIVE approximately $250 for legitimate work, suddenly there is an extensive AML investigation, numerous demands for evidence, and I cannot access my money. Even my request to simply return the funds to the original sender has not resolved the situation.
How is this supposed to protect the customer?
I understand AML requirements and I am not asking Trustee to ignore compliance rules. If they cannot approve the transaction, then RETURN THE MONEY TO ITS ORIGINAL SOURCE.
Keeping the funds inaccessible while refusing to provide a practical way to resolve the situation is unacceptable.
At this point, I have lost approximately $1,000 in the previous scam incident, and now another approximately $250 is inaccessible due to this AML review.
I expect Trustee Plus to provide a concrete solution: release the funds or return the full amount to the original sender.
If Trustee resolves this and returns the $250, I will update this review. Until then, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this service.
I received a payment of approximately $250 for a service. Trustee Plus blocked the funds and initiated an AML Transaction Review.
Support requested additional proof regarding the origin and purpose of the payment. I explained the situation and informed them that the client had decided not to proceed with the service and requested a refund. I have clearly stated that I have no objection to returning the full amount to the original sender.
However, the issue remains unresolved. I cannot access the funds, and the money has not been returned to the original sender either. Support simply states that the review cannot continue without the requested information.
I understand the necessity of AML procedures. However, if Trustee Plus cannot approve the transaction due to its compliance requirements, I believe the reasonable solution is to return the funds to the original sender rather than keep them blocked indefinitely.
I am asking Trustee Plus to either complete the review and release the funds or return the full amount to the original sender (Return to Source).
If the issue is resolved and the funds are returned, I will update this review accordingly.
On 30 April 2026, Trustee Plus restricted my account and froze my funds under the pretext of an AML investigation.
I cooperated fully with the company and provided all documents and information that I was able to provide. When additional documents were requested, I explained that obtaining some of them was objectively impossible because they depended on a third party outside my control.
The review continued for months without any clear deadline. During this time, I repeatedly requested clarification, asked whether alternative evidence could be accepted, and requested information about the legal entity providing the service.
Today my access to the application has been completely blocked. I can no longer log into my account.
The company informed me that my funds would be returned, but as of the date of this review I have not received any refund, and I have no access to either my account or my money.
This has been a very frustrating experience. I hope the company will fulfill its obligations, return my funds promptly, and improve communication with customers facing AML reviews.

I strongly advise against using this service. They arbitrarily freeze large deposits and withdrawals under the pretext of “AML checks.” Once the funds are locked, they refuse to release them and keep inventing new excuses: additional documents, endless verifications, compliance reviews that never end, etc. In reality, it looks like a way to hold onto customers’ money indefinitely.
Communication is unhelpful, support gives only copy-paste replies, and there is no clear timeline or real resolution. If you send any significant amount, be prepared to lose access to it.
Recommendation: Do not use this service at all. Find a more transparent and reliable alternative that actually respects its users’ funds.

I made a serious mistake by not checking Trustpilot before I started using this service again.
I had been a loyal customer for a long time and used their services back when they still offered physical cards.
When they were no longer allowed to provide physical cards, I stopped using them but kept my account open.
In the meantime, the project has turned into a gang of thieves who steal clients' money under the ALM umbrella.
My story is no different from the many similar ones described here.
Yesterday, I deposited 596 USDC into my account — funds I received from a legitimate source — but my coins were frozen under the false pretense of an ALM review.
(USDC ERC-20 Transaction Hash : 0x5ea934f88d9256dff9aeea2bd00e10eebc10335a1bfc43886e3335983780c335)
I provided all the necessary information, but it changed nothing.
My coins were neither unlocked nor returned to me, instead, they kept asking absurd questions.
After reading the customer reviews here, I realized I had become yet another victim.
I paid €500 for a lesson I will not forget : always check Trustpilot before sending money to any service, even one you have used before without any problems.
Don't make the same mistake I did — stay away from Trustee!

Subject: Official Complaint: Unlawful withholding of funds for over 30 days (User ID: [atsj3jrkxq])To Trustee Global UAB Management,My transaction of 677 USD has been frozen under an AML review for over a month, which significantly exceeds your stated maximum evaluation period. I have already provided all requested transaction screenshots, source platform proofs (xRocket), and deposit addresses multiple times in the support chat. Despite this, your team continues to loop the same automated requests without reviewing the evidence.I have completely fulfilled my obligations to prove the legitimate source of funds. Keeping my money frozen indefinitely without explicit legal justification or updates is a direct violation of EU consumer and financial regulations.I demand that you either:Complete the AML verification and credit the funds to my account within 48 hours.Issue a full refund of 677 USD to the originating xRocket address. If this issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will file an official report and escalating fraud complaint to the Financial Crime Investigation Service of Lithuania (FNTT) and the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).Regards, , Serhii

As a long term user, now my card is blocked for skin color issue. This is new requirement from ECB and MICA as company located in EU. They just must provide equity in service for different groups, and if some group is overflow, they just decline their service by skin color, using you selfie verification data.

My experience with Trustee Plus has been very disappointing.
An incoming USDT transaction was frozen due to an AML review. I fully cooperated with the verification process and provided every document and piece of information available to me.
After that, the process simply stopped moving forward.
Customer support continues requesting information that is not available to me and cannot reasonably be obtained, while at the same time refusing to provide any timeframe for completing the review.
What concerns me most is that there appears to be no clear procedure for resolving such cases. According to customer support:
they cannot complete the verification without additional information;
they cannot return the funds until the verification is completed;
they cannot explain the company's legal position in the chat and suggest sending a formal email if an official legal explanation is required.
This effectively leaves the customer in an indefinite state with no decision, no estimated timeline and no practical way to resolve the situation through customer support.

Not scam, but what’s going on?
I was using trustee for quite a while. Was working like a wonder and good. Yes there’s been migration to wirex card issuer they use to power their crypto card service and service was unstable for couple of week.
But, after that all was smooth and fair until yesterday. I was topping up my card with *** usdc and it never deposited on card. Later the app started to show that they have technical issues and maintenance is under way. It’s been almost 24 hours, and now card doesn’t work, top up I did still pending and support tells all is fine and we will continue operate normally soon. When asking for timeframes the say there is none they can confirm.
Hello trustee team? can you be discreet on what’s going on? What’s failing? Or at least state time margin how long it will take for you to fix your f*up??
I need my sacred funds back…

On May 27, when I was expecting an incoming transaction, the service experienced technical issues for approximately 6 hours. After that, I was "lucky" enough to get caught in an AML review. Support stated the review takes 3–7 business days. It has now been 10 business days and no one can tell me anything - not the reason for the delay, not new timelines, and compensation is not even on the table. My transaction has been held for 17 days now, and all I get from support is "please wait" in templated messages. After reading other users' reviews about this app, I am 100% certain I will never use it again. This feels like a scam where they selectively ignore you and you get the feeling you'll never see your money again.

Trustee Plus (Trustee Global UAB) has been unlawfully blocking my personal assets for 53 consecutive days. On April 18, 2026, I deposited 1,500 PLN via a regulated Bitcoin ATM in Poland and received 411.47 USDT. The platform immediately froze the transaction. I have provided the official physical cash receipt proving a 100% clean and legal Source of Funds. For nearly two months, their compliance team has ignored my requests and provided zero updates, which is a direct violation of EU financial regulations. Because of this misconduct, I have officially filed a formal complaint with the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service (FNTT) to investigate this company for misappropriation of client assets. Do not trust this wallet, they will steal your money and lock it indefinitely!

Trustee Plus is a fraudulent financial firm that misappropriates its clients’ funds. In particular, they froze the deposit amount even after I had confirmed the origin of the funds, namely: I provided documents proving that I run a legitimate business in my country, correspondence showing who I sent my crypto address to, correspondence with the person who sent these funds, a selfie with my ID, and a document confirming my identity, the company is neither crediting them to my wallet nor returning them to the sender. They constantly reply with boilerplate responses and refer to clause 4.2. Currently, they want information on all previous deposits made earlier. They demand correspondence and that I disclose all personal data. Although there are no previous funds in the balance. In this way, they are simply withholding the final amount and blackmailing me. So be careful with your funds. They could simply appropriate them at any moment. If you need proof, all the chat correspondence is there. Furthermore, they do not communicate via email, as a professional company should, but immediately switch to chat. And there it’s the same old story. This has been going on for almost a month. And judging by their replies, we can already say goodbye to the money they’ve stolen.

I am writing regarding my deposit (Ticket ID: 54748979295765) which has been frozen due to an AML check. I have already contacted support and explained that I am unable to provide documents from the third-party sender.
Despite my explanations, the support team continues to provide templated responses and refuses to resolve the issue. Since the transaction cannot be completed under these terms, I officially request a 'Return to Source' (sending the funds back to the original sender's address).
Holding funds indefinitely without offering a refund path is unacceptable. I hope the management will look into this ticket and process the refund to the original source as soon as possible.

Funds have been under review for more than a month.
All required information has already been provided, and no additional data is requested, as confirmed by the support team.
The only timeline provided is an estimated date up to 60 business days, which is significantly longer than expected.
Communication is limited to template responses without clear updates on the actual status of the review.
No progress so far. Support confirms that no additional information is required, but the review continues without any updates. Only template responses are provided.

total scam: fees everywhere for each transaction or convertion, that can be up to 2%
they sometimes intentionally change smth in their rules, so you can really use money until you convert to some currency.
Support answering with templates not caring about the actual issues and does not care.

Review:
I lost $11.69 USDC due to a critical bug in Trustee Plus's deposit address system, and the company refused to recover my funds despite it being entirely their fault.
What happened:
I requested a BEP-20 deposit address in the app
The app showed me an address
I sent 11.69 USDC to that address via BEP-20 network
After restarting the app, it showed a DIFFERENT address for BEP-20
My funds went to the first address (which exists on blockchain and is controlled by Trustee)
Support refused to credit my account
Support response:
"Viktoriia" from support claimed I "selected wrong network" and demanded a $15 "processing fee" (not listed anywhere in their terms) to recover $11.69. She repeatedly stated "responsibility rests with the user, not our company."
The smoking gun:
Just days after my case, Trustee sent a notification: "Your new crypto addresses are ready for use. All previous crypto addresses in your account have been updated."
This is an admission that their address system had bugs - exactly what caused my loss. Yet they blamed me and refused to help.
The issue is not resolved. Everything that is described is true - the money is with you, but not in my account, you changed addresses. For me, this is unacceptable.
