I ordered a tesla fridge and was was worried a lot after reading these reviews, as I read them after the order.
Today I received the fridge, and I am happy to say it works just fine, even though I read many people complaining that it doesn't fit.
I got it for the NEW Model Y and it fits perfectly.
I think the main problem is that people mistakenly order from the site, the wrong model of fridge and then expect tlyard service to pay for the way back to China or wherever. Just be careful when ordering stuff, so that you won't have to go through the trouble of returning it.

Do NOT buy from Tlyard. My experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

I purchased their CarPlay adapter for my Tesla in June 2025. It arrived with no manual, no clear instructions, and didn’t work properly out of the box. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unhelpful, and often just repeated copy-paste answers. It was a guessing game as far as I was concerned. Closed Weekends so you have to wait an even further 2-4 days for a reply.. Eventually, they posted a vague manual to their website after the fact, and even that made no sense. They also provided an “upgrade file” which didn’t work at all. They have no idea how to support the products they sell.

Despite trying to work with them, I had no choice but to return the item. I followed their instructions exactly and shipped the item to Germany at my own cost (they provided no prepaid return label). I included customs paperwork stating clearly that this was a return of faulty goods. The parcel is now stuck at German customs.

And what do they do? Tell me — the customer — to call DHL Germany and resolve the issue myself, in a foreign language. Absolutely shocking.

They’re happy to take your money and advertise their products, but the second something goes wrong, they vanish or push the blame back on you. The entire return process has dragged on for over a month, and I’m still without a refund.

I’m now disputing the charge with my credit card provider.

Tlyard is a disgrace.

I had a very bad experience with TLyard.com. They sent me a damaged item, and when I asked for a return, instead of taking responsibility, they told me to go buy glue remover and try to fix it myself. I had to email them multiple times just to ask for a return label. I reminded them that it’s not my job to fix a damaged product I purchased as new.

Even after all that, they continued to delay and ignore my messages. I finally told them I would file a dispute with my bank if they didn’t send the return label within 24 hours. Still, they just stopped responding altogether.

This company has terrible customer service, and their return process is a headache and a complete waste of time. Be careful if you’re thinking of buying from them — you’ll be on your own if something goes wrong.

Is there a way give zero or negative stars? Ordered a product that did not work, I asked to return the product. All I got was a bunch of emails for photos, and video which I supplied. Only to go round in circles after 20+ emails. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE - DONT BUY FROM THIS SHADDY COMPANY!

I bought the refrigerator for the Tesla model Y Juniper (2025) and the product arrived one month later than advised and was impossible to fit after trying for hours. I immediately informed the company that I wish to return the product and they are refusing to collect their product and are instead asking me to pay for the return cost instead of deducting this amount from my initial payment.

They sell you a hunk of Chinese junk then can’t even help you upgrade the firmware. All I wanted was the over the air instructions or firmware link and replying with AI they still sent me the wrong firmware for the wrong device

Scam!!! I bought the dashboard for my model Y SR from them and it didn't work after I installed it one week. Poor quality and hard to communicate with the customer service.

I bought a wheel covers (uberturbine) from tlyard, 2 of them had a broken clip. I have lost one wheel cover on the motorway.
For nearly a month now, I try to get the support (by mail, chat, phone) noboby answer, only bots answers on the chat.
This is not serious company, I had similar isues with other merchand like teslasy and they have been resolved within days.
Good luck with your purchace and know that if something goes wrong you will have no solution

They are scam!

I ordered a side fridge for trunk on the first on the 1st of October. On the website, they claim that in europe, delivery takes 2-5 working days and this is what tempted me to order through them, as on the 17th of October we are leaving on a 2 weeks / 5,000km trip all over the Europe. We need it for our cat, which eats only fresh meat prepared by us.

After several days and a few emails, they replied that apparently they have some holidays - it's a joke There was no information on their website about it, if that's true at all (but how is it relevant if they ship[ from german warehouse) And that they will ship in on Tuesday, 8th of October. The shipping was supposed to go from Germany to Poland, it takes 1-2 business days.

I keep exchanging emails, but it's going nowhere and they say it's likely it may not reach me by they 17th...

They are scam and keep lying! Hope someone will see my review and won't make the same mistake!!!

Absolutely SCAM company. Bought refrigerator for rear seat of Model Y. Absolutely did not fit. Spent days going round and round with Tlyard trying to return it. Had to jump through hoops with them. Told me I was installing it wrong (we weren’t) then told me that it doesn’t fit standard version model y. Which is BS and no where on their site does it say that. They told me to “shove” it in as hard as I can and do t worry about damages. Then said I can return it at a cost to me with a restocking fee. I finally disputed with my credit card company. Don’t buy from them.

The product that I ordered did not fit. I requested a refund and return address. Their service is in China so I get a response daily at about 3AM. I have had to send pictures twice, gotten an install video showing what I already tried, had to explain that I ordered the right part for the right model, etc. They still want to charge me the restock fee and still haven't provided instructions for return. It has been 16 days now.

Ship from the US the delivery time is fast. I used it for a while, and it is really good. When I first got in the car, there was a little fan sound, and the fan would stop after the temperature of the refrigerator dropped. The weather has started to get hot these days, so it is very convenient to keep a few cans of drinks and fruits in the refrigerator at any time.

I like their alcantara series, after receiving this armrest cover I buy the center console cover and steering wheel cover later. They are more comfortable to the touch than carbon fiber materials, my wife love them too!

This rear display by Tlyard is nothing short of phenomenal. Not only does it offer a diverse array of entertainment options, from online videos to engaging games and music, but its integration with seat adjustment controls is a stroke of genius. The ability to seamlessly tweak sear heating and adjust passenger seat positioning.

I bought the 9" Carplay Front Camera Smart LCD Dashboard at a good price from this store and it's screen is larger than other similar displays. The screen is clear and can be controlled by touch or steering wheel.

The entertainment screen has many practical features, watching movies, playing games, controlling air conditioning, and so on, very well-designed product! Kids love it so much! Love Tlyard.

Car bed from Tlyard, it fits my Model Y perfectly, the fabric is very comfortable to touch, and it will not be stuffy in summer.

Get one steering wheel from Tlyard. Very satisfied with the installation of the grade instantaneously improved, mainly the field of vision is wider. It feels like driving a race car!

I got tell you the speaker I purchased from Tlyard is awesome, especially driving at night omg it look so beautiful with the led lights.
