Amazing tiramisu for wedding
I ordered a large tray of tiramisu plus 25 tiramisu glasses for our wedding. All our guests loved the taste. The owner was very responsive to our messages and requests, including letting us do the cocoa dusting ourselves to make the cake-cutting session more interesting. Delicious Tiramisu for our wedding
Delicious Tiramisu for our wedding! We ordered a large tray and then 8 smaller ones for guests to enjoy. Lots of compliments from guests about how delicious it was! Stayed fresh overnight for our wedding in the morning. Thanks so much :)

Everything was perfect! Communication was great, delivery was smooth and tiramisu was delicious!

I booked a cake for my wedding a month…
I booked a cake for my wedding a month in advance, and the company was messaging me on the day of my wedding chasing me for the payment for the delivery. I have highlighted to them that it's my wedding day, and they were still sending me the link to complete the payment. Truly disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed, but we feel it’s important to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order.
Your order was placed and confirmed as Collection, with no delivery service selected or delivery charge paid at checkout. Although a delivery address and requested date appeared within the order details, the fulfilment method selected at checkout was Collection.
As part of our normal process for collection orders, we contact customers to confirm approximately what time they intend to collect, so that their order can be prepared and ready for them. It was during this communication that it became clear you were expecting the order to be delivered rather than collected.
Once you confirmed that you required delivery, we could have simply followed the original booking and asked for the order to be collected. However, knowing it was your wedding day and understanding the inconvenience this would cause, we instead rearranged our schedule and accommodated a same-day hand delivery at very short notice.
The payment link sent afterwards was solely to arrange this additional delivery service. It was not an outstanding payment on your original order.
We fully appreciate how important and busy a wedding day is, which is precisely why we made the additional arrangements to ensure your order reached you rather than leaving you to organise an unexpected collection.
We hope this clarification provides the full context of what took place.

Fantastic Tiramisu Tray for Wedding
Communication was great via email with Nada, we prebooked a wedding tiramisu tray to be delivered outside of London. It arrived on the day and it stayed perfect in the fridge till it came out in the evening. It tasted amazing, everyone finished it.

We ordered our wedding reception cake from Tiramisu Cake UK, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The cake looked absolutely stunning and tasted just as incredible. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting both the design and the flavour—it was one of the highlights of our reception.
A special thank you to Nada, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, everything was handled professionally, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The care and attention to detail that went into creating our cake was truly exceptional.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience! I made an order for my wedding and unsure on how to store such a large batch I emailed them for support. They responded really fast and let me know they could deliver on the day. Everyone at my wedding loved it and kept going for seconds! Everyone was able to get a big portion whilst still having some left over
