I bought my ticket a year ago. I got the one a few hours before concert. I've never got reply regarding my delivery. I need a lot of time to get to the concert's place, and now I can't even get there now especially on time. I demand refund my ticket! and stop ignoring me.

I had a great experience with Ticketbande. At first I was a bit worried because the tickets were delivered close to the event date, but their support team was always responsive and helpful. I received my tickets in time, everything was valid, and I had an amazing time at the concert. Thank you for your assistance and professionalism!

I have paid for the tickets, but how will I get them?

I ordered expensive standing places to be close to the main stage for a special, two-day concert, but received seated places for one of the two days. Ticketbande argues that it can replace standing places with seated places (even though it’s simply not what we ordered) and does not take responsability. We found the correct tickets anyways ourselves after it turned out to be impossible to reach Ticketbande on the day of the concert—leading to higher costs. What a mess! Feels way too much like gambling so will not do this again.

Bought tickets for a Metallica concert. Received the tickets two days before the event. The tickets were excellent, in the same tier as ordered and in an excellent location in the arena.

SCAM !!! Tickets were ordered one year before event, no tickets delivered untill day of concert, no communication regarding problem solving clearly a SCAM. Loast about 1000€ !!

Never got my tickets! Also noone answers after i want my money back. Terrible! Go to other ticket providers i would say.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ticketbande.
I purchased 2 tickets that were advertised as Category 1 and stated as seated together. What I actually received was completely different from what I paid for.
So not only were these not the Category 1 tickets I purchased, they were also not seated together at all. The seats were in different rows and not next to each other, despite the website stating that a pair of tickets would be seated together.

This is a serious issue because there is a significant price difference between:
1. Category 1 tickets and the tickets we actually received, and
2. Two seats together versus two separate seats.

I paid a premium price based on clear promises on the website, and those promises were not fulfilled. In practice, I received lower-value tickets that did not match the listing.

I also contacted the company by email to report the issue, but I did not receive any response.

I would not trust this site again.

Scam on a new level!
I was going to buy tickets for Die Toten Hosen and my payment was declined. Later I read on official DTH website that they don’t accept any tickets from handlers and they specifically wrote about Ticketbande. I didn’t pay the tickets but Ticketbande has a policy when you check out you are obligated to buy them. Since then I received 3 Mahnungen and they didn’t accept my arguments about the costumer rights for 12 months (in De you can return tickets within 12 months of purchase). I also provided with a screenshot from the DTH website but Ticketbande refused to solve the issue. Now I am waiting for Inkasso letter and I gonna persist on my rights. Such an awful experience and Ticketbande is scam!

Ticketbande is super expensive. Original tickets cost 70 Euros and they sell them for 115 Euros.

This is a scam. Tickets bought in MAY for a concert in November, no communications whatsoever, replies always refer back to their "partner" that was securing the ticket and that ticketbande doesn't have control over it. Closer to the day we cancelled our travel and hotel, and asked for a cancellation of our ticket search - no chance. THE DAY TWO HOURS before the concert we get an email with the ticket which of course we couldnt use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Im sure the positive reviews are all fake.

Very poor information. The claim they have the tickets, but in fact they go out and buy the tickets AFTER you pay, meaning there's no guarantee you'll get the tickets, seats or the money you paid.

Reliable website. I must admit I was a little disappointed because on the day of the Lady Gaga concert in Milan, I still hadn't received my tickets, despite the fact that I'd contacted support repeatedly, told me not to worry, and assured me that the tickets would arrive before the event via e-mail.
And indeed, just when I'd lost all hope, 7 hours before the concert, I received both the text message notification and the email with the tickets in my name attached.

I have ordered tickets to Lady Gaga concert 6 months before event and was waiting for tickets all these 6 months. Got them just few days before concert. All the rest can't complain. Support always online and reply to each single email. Basically saying they did all according to agreement I signed before purchasing the tickets.

I bought the tickets 2 month ago, the concert is this week and still I have not received the tickets. Ticketband does not assume responsability, the say that they are only an intermediary they are not the ones sending the tickets.
The tickets were a birthday present...
UPDATE: I received the tickets 2 days before the concert. I was really stressed, they should have told me that this is normal. At least I have them, but I have already bought two other tickets to another city as well.......

I bought standing tickets and received a much worse quality of tickets 2 hours before the event. Really a scam.

Ticketbande ruined the concert of Shawn Mendes for me and my family !
On June 5th 2025 I bought 4 tickets for the concert of Shawn Mendes in Krakow , Poland for Section A6 , seat lower tier with straight view to the stage, all together . On August 1st they sent me tickets for Section C22 , upper tier , on the left side of the stage (we didn't even see the screens) and one of the seats was set aside. I wrote them , and they even say sorry .

It was close to the knuckle for the oasis tickets but they arrived just in time and the concert to oasis was fantastic

Would of been less stressful if communicated more as I had to do a lot of chasing and it got worrying

However you couldn’t fault the support staff they was excellent

A bunch of scammers

Tried to buy Oasis tickets and at 6pm on the day of the gig (the gates for the gig opened at 15:00) emailed to say they couldn’t provide tickets and they would refund me. They partially refunded me and said because they looked for tickets they don’t have to pay me all of my money back!!
