The service we paid for was provided but communication throughout the process was unsatisfactory, sometimes forgetting that we are not lawyers ourselves and require some of the terms and processes to be translated to a language that we would understand and on multiple occasions, questions we asked went completely unanswered and the final correspondence was “deleted in error”. Our settlement was delayed due to a bank error and whilst titlespace was not responsible for this, the issue and subsequent issues were not communicated to us in real-time, just after the fact when there was nothing that we could do about it. We were happy enough with the overall service provided and didnt feel the need to complain or provide feedback but this is now the 3rd time we have been hounded to provide feedback so here it is.

Thanks for the honest feedback, Dan. We’re sorry that our communication fell short and that some of your questions were left unanswered. You should not have had to chase for clarity, especially during a delayed settlement.
We also apologise for the repeated review requests. Given your experience, we understand why that felt frustrating.
While the bank error was outside our control, keeping you informed was our responsibility, and we clearly did not do that well enough. We appreciate you raising it and will use your feedback to improve how we communicate with clients throughout the process.
