Just a great service.

They helped my nephew pick out a starter set for yugioh. Guy on was very friendly and chatted with me about what had changed since I last played in 2011, my nephew is now on a 3 -0 wining streak 😳

Ordered two items from Thistle Tavern. They were sent using a single tracking code. One item arrived but the second was missing. I even asked the postman to check his bag. Contacted Thistle Tavern by online contact form and email. Complete silence from their side. I then joined their discord to raise an issue to which I can only assume I was removed from the server. Absolutely awful customer service and now I'm out of pocket having purchased an item I never received.

Great atmosphere, fantastic range of product at competitive pricing, and some of the nicest staff around!

I’ve been coming to thistle tavern Edinburgh regularly since it opened, and can’t recommend it enough. The staff are all friendly and extremely helpful - especially Matt, the store manager - and the play environment is always clean. They’ve got products for pretty much every tcg under the sun, and a great selection of singles.

Ordered 6 vanguard boxes for £20 each, they cancelled my order, asked support, radio silent, they raised the prices to £30 a box.

When ever i order from here it's always ready in a good amount of time and the staff are always very helpful if I make any mistakes and quick to correct them.

Emailed the company multiple times about requesting a refund for our order and it has just been radio silence on their end. When we previously contacted them asking about our order, we got a response the same day, but when we want a refund we hear nothing at all.

Great new shop for TCGs and Boardgames, also accessories! Staff is superb, very helpful and friendly. A great place to stock up on your hobby needs!

The staff do not care about customers at all. Been in 5 times in the last few weeks, kept hoping each visit would be better than the last, somehow it got worse. Staff wouldn't even take me on, asked questions and got grunts or an annoyed look before any form of response. Customer service is absolutely shocking. If you're not a 'regular' i.e. you're not in playing tcg games in the back all the time, don't bother going here. They genuinely will not interact with you and if you ask anything it's as though you're annoying them. NEVER had worse customer service from anywhere else. What a terrible shop to visit. Such a shame because if you had staff that cared about customers it could be a really great place to visit.

A wonderful service with great care and attention paid to customer requests, I'm halfway across the country but feel like I've found my locals, thanks!
