This was my second time to use this website to print family photos for picture frames. The first time I was super happy with the quality of the photos I received and very impressed by their Customer Service when some of my photos arrived with white bands down each side. I understand the lovely person I spoke to back then has sadly since left the company.
My second experience has been disappointing. When placing the order, I phoned for guidance about the formatting of a 4" x 4" photo, and was told that I would learn by playing with the formatting... Based on my recollection of the advice received on the first occasion, I deselected cropping... and frustratingly received my photos with white bands down each side... This time Customer Service advised that "it is geometry...", which I don't feel is very helpful after having paid for my two prints and postage... With regard to my disappointment about having paid for my two prints and postage that "it is not about the money..." Customer Service also said, "It's is not about the money". I tend to agree, because unsure that my formatting was correct, I only chanced two 4" x 4" prints. It is however about helping customers to obtain successful results on a website that is not terribly user friendly.

Great experience in the bigger picture, lovely workers that were willing to do very awkward sized prints and had everything ready for me in no time. Highly recommend for any and all printing needs.

Absolutely amazing staff in the Macroom store! Always so helpful and no job is too big for them. I always go here for my prints and frames. Their selection is fantastic.

Amazing business! The staff there are so warm and friendly and will really take the time to help you. I originally went in to get ideas for an anniversary gift for my husband (before covid) and one of the women working there struck up conversation with me. She really helped me think of and put together some cute and personal gifts which my husband LOVED. It is such a lush shop! I cannot recommend it enough. Now, I try to exclusively use their services because they are so genuinely nice and the quality of their prints/merch is phenomenal.
