Horrible company! Don't ever use them. Placed an order on 6th of June, 3 weeks in, haven't heard a thing. After emailing, seinding ig message and contacting on whatsapp, I got 'We'll look into this'. 2 weeks since that - radio silence, can't reach them anywhere. There is no way to cancel the order either.
Horrible ! thoses people are thieves !!! we bought lithium battery charger big max golf for and they never delivered the goods BUT they took money from the bank. we tried to call them but they never answer.

Absolutely Terrible – My Worst Online Shopping Experience
I placed an order with TESI GOLF over two months ago, and I have never received the package. I sent several emails asking for an update, and I received no replies at all. I even requested a refund, but once again—no answer.
In my personal experience, this company has shown zero customer service, zero responsibility, and zero communication. After two months of waiting with no product and no refund, I honestly feel completely deceived.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to buy from TESI GOLF.
