Totally a scam: they charge me even when I have never started the service
I'm a scientist at EPFL. It is really horrible that they want to charge me a cancellation fee of CHF 70 even when I have never completed my order! I only registered on the website with my address, and then I found there seems to be no networking service inside my apartment, and then I use another service. I haven't started the service at all! But they want to charge me ;) BTW, they faked an email I sent to them. But in fact, I have never sent email to them at all.
I have never imagined there can be such a compnay in Switzerland. Totally a scam!

Bad Customer Service
I signed the contract about three weeks ago, officially I got my internet on 7th of September, however currently I still don't have any internet. I would use the hotline, however this is nearly impossible, when the hotline is only running during working hours and I am myself working. The mail service is not much better because responses need about 1-2 days.
The only thing that was quite quick was the credit check.
At this point I cannot rate the internet, however I am very much displeased with the current customer service.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company that will not let you find out if you are eligible to their services until after you allegedly “commit” through the registration process. Then they tell you you can’t have their services because you have no credit history (expats beware!), duh! And then you tell them you don’t have the time to carry on helping them find out about your credit history and they charge you 70CHF because ... you allegedly committed to that in small prints that are not available to you during “registration”! They take their sweet time (2 weeks!!!) to get there (i.e. nowhere) and you are left with no service but they bill you for it though! RUN!
