Clear description, good price and quick delivery.

I ordered wrong product by mistake and tried to reach out immediately after ordering but I was told that it could not be cancelled because the order has been processed but it wasn't handed over to courier till 3 days later and now when I try to return it, they say that I need to pay postage.

Never, ever buy anything from this website. Their return policy is not even close from legal. I received an item on 15.05.2026, made a return claim on the 16.05.2026 and send back on 19.05.2025.
The item has been fully delivered on the 25.05.2026.

Today, 11.07.2026 no refund has been provided plus when I try to reach put they inform that the return policy is 30 business days(instead of the legal 14).

You will have your issue “fixed” hopefully within 90 days… That’s beyond unbelievable. Im definitely taking charges against them. So, again, don’t do the same mistake I did.

I am very disappointed with your customer support service. I have contacted you several times through your website and by email, but I still have not received any proper response.

I requested the product receipt/invoice many times, but you failed to send it to me after multiple attempts. Your automated reply system is completely ineffective because it does not respond to my actual request.

If you do not send me the receipt/invoice as soon as possible, I will return the product. This experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional.

I expect a proper response immediately.

Had 2 orders already. Products were available, price was actual, condition - new, and delivery was in initially promised term. Can recommend.

On May 6, 2026, I ordered goods in the morning. I paid for shipping with dispatch on the same day in the afternoon. It is the evening of May 7, 2026, and the shipment still has not been sent, even though the e-shop says otherwise. Posti is still waiting to receive the parcel from the sender. I contacted support, but there is only a chatbot and no real person available.

Most importantly very happy with the prices, what I ordered arrived as I expected it. A bit of confusion with delivery, but overall very happy. I would order again

The order address went to some old address even when the address was changed manually. None of the customer email works and customer chat service cannot be connected at any time of the day. Sent multiple messages via the message box in customer service but zero replies. This website is probably a scam and doesn't do business properly for sure. Avoid at all cost.
