Awful. Just awful. To begin, Teams has a really outdated UI that may have been trendy back in 2010, when loading a class it teakes ages no matter how fast your computer is, you have to load individua... See more

Microsoft Teams is absolute garbage

I hate this software. I only use it because my client insists for some reason. I have difficulty logging in - it is a different procedure every time! Had to miss a meeting today because I couldn't get in at all and had to catch up with the client by phone, which is extremely disruptive and unprofessional-looking. The camera settings change themselves every time I close the app so that I appear completely bleached out. The settings won't save and I have to spend an additional five minutes before every meeting sorting it out.
This software is typical of Microsoft's "that'll do" attitude. But it won't. Sort it out!!!

Account Cancelled but Charges Continue

We closed our Teams business account and received an email confirming that the account had been cancelled. However, they have continued to bill our credit card account. All attempts to contact them was not possible. We had to contact our bank to stop the payments and reverse previous charges that were made after the account was cancelled.

They have now sent the following message:

"Warning, your online services will be deprovisioned and your data deleted in seven days."

I have used MS teams as follows:

I have used MS teams as follows:
- For team collaboration through chat
- For Meetings
- MS Planner and MS Planner premium
- MS Teams as guest for other institution (requires authentication)
I am disapointed in all of the above:
- chat, messages are lost.
- Meetings, while the have normal quality, while I am the orginiser I am getting removed from the chat, resulting loosing my recordings (who thought saving meeting recordings only on chat was a good idea).
- MS planner, is far behind in comparison with other task manager platforms
-MS Planner premium is trying to merge MS Project and will never reach the capabilities of MS Project, either the ease of use.
- MS Teams as guest for other institution, I am getting contantly logged out, and I am trying to loggin at least 5 times in a row to save the login credentials..

Overall really bad experience. Not recommended.
I also contacted support and I am still waiting for a solution.. Nothing will ever come..

Extremely disappointed with the support…

Extremely disappointed with the support experience from Microsoft Teams Phone Services.

We have been dealing with a number porting issue from Microsoft Teams to RingCentral for almost 2 months now, and the issue still remains unresolved. According to RingCentral, the PIN provided by Microsoft is not working for the port request, yet despite multiple follow-ups, escalations, and support tickets, we continue to receive little to no meaningful assistance.

The only remaining solution is a simple 3-way coordination call between Microsoft, RingCentral, and our team to finalize the porting of the remaining 10 numbers. Unfortunately, Microsoft representatives repeatedly tell us they “do not have time due to high support volume,” instead of helping resolve a business-critical issue.

This delay has negatively affected our business operations and communication. For a company of Microsoft’s size, we expected far better customer service, accountability, and urgency in handling telecom-related concerns.

We hope Microsoft takes this matter seriously and improves its support and escalation process for Teams Phone customers.

Utter rubbish

Truly, the worst thing I have ever tried to use. Crashes, unnecessarily difficult to navigate...I could go on and on. It seems unable to perform the simplest task without a myriad of problems.

What the hell?

Teams sucks ass. Microsoft really thought they were slick moving Skype to this bullshit? I mean, teams is stupid and is so much laggier. Microsoft doesn't even try FIXING these things, and you need "OnEdRiVe" to upload images or videos.

One star is too much

One star is too much. I cannot even comprehend how a chat application can be worse than any alternative 20 years ago. How is that even possible? I can never understand that!
I want to send messages to co-workers, show my status, and those two basic features that worked flawlessly in MSN and Yahoo messenger, now I need to pray ten times to ten different Gods to get it wokring in Teams.
Great job Microsfot!

A forever login loop

A forever login loop. Most annoying. 34 minutes of unsuccessful attempts and the meeting is nearly over.
A most unhelpful app. I hope I never, ever have to use it again.

Absolutely the worse comms app....

Absolutely the worse comms app I had to work with. Incredibly unpredictable and buggy, doesn't work on low spec and higher spec devices alike (tried both and in numbers not just 4/5 devices).... As an IT support worker, i'm tired having to explain to people that Teams actually doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Microsoft DO BETTER.... Skype was more reliable than this rubbish...

microsoft teams is terrible

You should go to hell for providing such a mediocre service. I can't imagine the size of the financial bubble you need to maintain to keep such a bad service going bankrupt. Improve everything, or better yet, create another service or accept that you can't do anything right.
