Medicine arrived earlier than anticipated. Dr Le always replied to my inquires promptly. I only wish they would give more explanations regarding the medicine. Too many unanswered questions.

I’m almost at goal
I am almost at my goal weight, and I truly don’t think I could have done it on my own because of my (mostly sedentary) job. TOM has been wonderful. They are always quick to answer my questions. The medication renewal process is super easy, and I can request a video call with Dr. Le if I want one. I have been very happy with my TOM experience!

Helpful and responsive
It has been a good year with Dr Le. I have lost lots of weight and she has been there to answer any question I have had in a very timely manner. Her staff is wonderful and she is lets you know when prices go down. The pharmacies she uses are great and helpful if ever have a question.

Super happy with TOM weight loss. There are a couple different logins, and you need to have a system in email to remember where to go for what, but the price is great, service is great, I'm losing weight.
