Brilliant service. I had to query my order due to my own technical ineptitude! The company responded immediately, even though it was a Saturday, looked into and resolved my query very quickly. The rug arrived promptly and I couldn’t be happier with it. Highly recommend this company

Was sent my order receipt giving me an approximate date and told I would get a tracking number. Approximate date came and went. Called to be told order was being delivered by DX and I had to call them with my order number. They had not even received the carpet! Called tapeso back and got a different customer service advisor who said that due to bank holiday weekend (ordered a whole week before) the carpet would be delivered the following week. The carpet came the next day. No email to say it was coming but fortunately I was home. Nice carpet but terrible customer service very disorganised.

In would recommend tapeso. I bought a large round carpet for my children's bedroom. The shopping process was pleasant and the communication on what to expect was excellent. Even the next day delivery in the middle of a "snow week" (if you know, you know) in the Netherlands didn't disappoint. The quality of the carpet is in line with the price I paid. Worth a try if you're looking for a carpet.

The carpet itself that I ordered is beautiful. Beautiful colour and it sheds a little (normal for wool) and extremely well constructed - feels sturdy and warm under my feet.
The reason I give Tapeso 3 stars is because I want to encourage them to ask the supplier (Nordic Weavers) to change their name. This name is clearly a marketing strategy to erase the hard work and craftsmanship of the Indian hands that made this carpet. The Indian textile industry is known to be magnificent whereas the Nordic countries are not. So why whitewash the brand? There is a sinister lack of integrity here and I hope Tapeso will do something to challenge it.

Everything was smooth. The quality of the rug was as expected, and the color matched the picture. I would buy again from Tapeso.
