Great Customer service and I’m very pleased with service

When I got on the Z - 39 for the first time all the controls felt natural &
Smartley arranged.
The acceleration was very strong.
This scooter is robust , sturdy &
Strong. The tires are huge .Suspension
& Brakes are that of a motorcycle.
If I was to have any complaint at all it
Would be " front turn signals ' .
There are rear turn signals & lighting on all sides but no ' front ' turn signals
This is the best scooter out there for the money ....

1 Star — Absolutely Embarrassing Quality for a $1,500 Electric Scooter

Honestly, TopRiding's product quality is genuinely disappointing, especially when you're charging customers $1,500 for an electric scooter. For that kind of money, I expect solid construction, quality materials, proper engineering, and a product that feels like it was actually worth the price. Instead, the quality is so underwhelming that it makes me question how this thing can justify costing that much in the first place.

Let's be serious: $1,500 is a lot of money for an electric scooter. That's money people work hard to earn and save. At that price, customers should not feel like they're buying something assembled as cheaply as possible. The construction and overall quality should reflect the price tag, and when they don't, it's beyond frustrating.

What makes it even worse is that electric scooters are supposed to be practical, reliable products. A flashy appearance and impressive advertised specifications mean absolutely nothing if the actual build quality doesn't meet reasonable expectations. You can put impressive numbers on a product listing all day long, but none of that matters if the physical product feels cheap and poorly made.

For $1,500, I shouldn't have to sit there wondering where the company cut corners to save money. I shouldn't have to question whether the materials, assembly, and quality control are appropriate for the price. These are basic expectations, not luxury demands.

The most ridiculous part is the price-to-quality ratio. If a scooter costs $1,500, it should feel like a $1,500 product. It shouldn't leave customers questioning whether they would have been better off buying something less expensive from a company with a stronger reputation for reliability. Charging premium prices while delivering a disappointing experience is a great way to destroy customer confidence.

At this point, TopRiding needs to take a serious look at its manufacturing standards and what customers are actually receiving for their money. Better materials, better construction, and stricter quality control should be the bare minimum for a product in this price range.

My final verdict: $1,500 is far too much money to spend on a product that leaves me this disappointed with its quality. I expect a company selling expensive electric scooters to stand behind its products and deliver something that genuinely justifies the cost. If TopRiding wants customers to take its pricing seriously, it needs to make sure its product quality deserves that price.

Hard-earned money deserves better than disappointment. Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before spending $1,500 on another TopRiding scooter. The company has a lot of work to do if it wants to convince me that its products are worth what it charges.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Excellent Technical Support!

Although troubleshooting the issue with my FOHOLO F19 took several days, the technicians remained patient, persistent, and professional throughout the entire process. They were able to identify the root cause of the problem and have since requested my updated mailing address in preparation for sending the necessary replacement parts.

I was initially hesitant about reaching out, but the support team quickly put my concerns at ease. They took the time to work through the troubleshooting process with me, never once showing frustration or losing their professionalism.

What impressed me most was their patience, understanding, and genuine willingness to help. Even when the process took longer than expected, their dedication and communication remained consistent.

While I'm still awaiting confirmation of shipment and delivery of the replacement parts, my experience with the technical support team has been overwhelmingly positive.

Their professionalism, patience, and commitment to customer service deserve recognition. A well-earned five stars for the technicians who assisted me!

Great support and help on making sure I get the right items for my scooter they make sure you have the correct purchase for your scooter before they ship it. That’s a great help also be shopping with you guys in the near future.

I purchased the FOHOLO F19
This thing is a monster and I love it. It’s tough, it’s fast, and it’s super fun. Great design, I feel very safe even at 55mph

The tire came and about amount of time I expected and I'd only did they send the tire they sent me a video showing me how to put the tire on myself. I ordered zip ties to help me put the tire on for what I seen in the video but when I received the tire from topriding they had zip ties in the box with the new tire five stars I love my z-snake39. A lot of reviews say that people was having problems with their z snakes I've been having these scooter for a year now and other than a flat the front light went off and that was something I did but the scooter is great!!!

These guys are awesome, I ordered the price for my scooter and cause they seen that my parts I was ordinary for a different scooter they sent me an email and I'm so glad they noticed it, thanks again I will be coming to you for all me assessors and stuff for my scooter,

The Foholo f19 is a great scooter save lot of money on gas I get a lot of compliments makes commuting fun fast customer service over a good experience with the scooter and company

I LOVE my new(ish lol) scooter I have almost 400 miles on it and it's behaving great! I had a slight issue with the front light bar not working due to a short and I was able to contact and receive help pretty much immediately! Awesome scooter and awesome experience with the company so far!

The fast and helpful client service is very refreshing

Ran into a thumping noise in my rear tire. Reached out to support and they immediately responded. At first, I wasn't happy I had to replace the rear motor less than 9 months of having the scooter, but realized I have almost 1,000 miles on the scooter and I've had absolutely NO issues otherwise. No other scooter comes close to this scooter. A bunch of my buddies went out and purchased this scooter after taking a ride on mine. Support was awesome and is still working with me on getting the new motor/tire.

The, foholo f15 is a great scooter for its price, it arrived fast, it was easy to assemble and the scooter is extremely powerful.
