I thought Myron was terrific agent
I thought Myron was a terrific agent who gave us plenty of options. However, when I woke up in the morning, I was offered the same route by one of his competitors for $1000 less! I left Myron a Vm & email. I’m waiting for a reply. I want $1000 reduction from my credit card or I wanna complete refund of this ticket so I can purchase it with his competitor. I feel I was ripped off!

Top Business Class is the Best
Jack Alison assisted me with my purchase of a business class seat from Denver to Manila. He is kind and courteous, and a professional. I appreciate that he was not pushy and answered all my questions. Compared to when I booked my business class seat on my own last year, I paid a much more reasonable price this time around.

Highly unprofessional. Cancelled my transaction secretly while promising delivery.
I am updating my initial 5-star review to a 1-star review following an incredibly unprofessional bait-and-switch experience. I signed a contract and authorized a charge of $8,892 for two Air Canada Business Class flights. The agent verbally assured me on the phone that my ticket confirmation and PNR codes would be delivered to my inbox by the following morning. When the deadline passed with zero communication, receipts, or booking codes, I emailed to follow up. I was met with a defensive, hostile response from an agent stating they had already quietly cancelled my transaction the day prior without ever notifying me. They left me in limbo holding an empty reservation while assuming my flights were secure. This agency engages in highly unreliable speculative ticketing. Do not trust their verbal timelines or promises.
