Appears to be a scam. Order never moved past “order placed”. No updates, no response from email requests apart from automated response to use “ shop” app to track which after trying provided no further information. No contact number either. Do not buy from this site

This company is scam
This company is scam. Ordered a furniture piece, received auto email advising delivery date and linked to 'Shop' App. The promise of delivery in 1-3 days is bogus, as the goods never moved. Customer Service is the worst, promise of 4-8 hour response is bogus, and then I noticed there is no phone number to call, and they mention delivery via Australia Post, but no tracking number is given, so Australia Post have no record. Everything pointing to it being a hoax site, taking money, which it did very quickly. Repeated emails bore only one generic reply, which was bogus too. No refund, despite repeated requests nor delivery has been forthcoming, so I can safely assume all is lost. So my advice DO NOT BUY anything from this website.
