DO NOT use this website! I have been scammed out of 3 payments!
I keep receiving emails of subscription renewals from them with attempted withdrawals of my account, but they have been blocked

I was scammed. I never received the fans I ordered and I was charged for a subscription that I did not agree to. A total of 58 Pounds. When I contacted them they held me ransom to give them a 4 or 5 on Trustpilot and they would return my money. I did that just because it was easier. I have emails and screen shots of all the communication with them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I should have looked them up. Trust pilot has the same thing reported over and over.

Hello, I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this site; they are unreliable. I didn't even order a product from them, yet they took money from my account—promising a refund that never happened. To make matters worse, they charged me twice: first 2 euros, and then 16.95.

If I want give to zero star,they took huge money from my account.never recommended.

I did not get my order I purchased I didn't know how to track them and my money was gone for free

The provider is ver trustworthy and competent. I had a little issue and Jermey from the customer service was incredibly helpful and solved my problem. Thank you for the great experience.

I subscribed to Totspop by mistake but this was rectified quickly by Jeremy who arranged a refund of the charged amount immediately.

A few days ago I made a wrong purchase, when I realized, I wrote to support and their response was quick and decisive, They also promised a quick and correct refund.

Total scam. Sent me a promotional email from a fake Rituals account on my birthday offering me a gift pack at reduced price, took my card details and was suddenly subscribed to a VIP totspop account and had to get embroiled in emails trying to stop getting charged. Then they try to bribe you into giving 4 or 5 stars reviews by saying they’ll give you a refund if you do this. Not what I wanted to be dealing with on my birthday. Total fraud, do not go near and watch out for emails with gift offers on your birthday!

Complete scammers. "ZOE" advertised a bugaboo butterfly from smyths toyshop for €9.99. I stupidly "bought" it and they immediately tried to take hundreds for a subscription fee. Once you press checkout, you're automatically signed up.

They will then email you and ask you to remove or change your review here and they will refund you. Do not delete or change your review. Contact your bank and get a new card. Lets stop these scammers!

Be very careful and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
